Detailed Reviews
You don't need to look anywhere else if you want to visit for the Footy or other Events, or even just for a visit.
My wife and I came up from Warminster, Wiltshire for the football.
The owner Jay is a very welcoming and generous fella, nothing was too much trouble.
The room was great value for money. Nice bed, TV, ensuite, Tea/Coffee. Free, secure off road parking nearby as directed by Jay.
Breakfast was continental, something for everyone. Great displays of LFC memorabilia everywhere and flat screen TV's in the bar, lounge and breakfast room.
Almost didn't want to leave a review in case too many people book and Jay can't fit us in again.

+1
This place was absolutely amazing! I cannot fault anything! The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. I had the tour booked before we left and they allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until we had completely finished.
The rooms were brilliant and again no issues.
Breakfast was brilliant continental with the choice of cooked scrambled eggs/boiled eggs.
Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone especially visiting Anfield for a game.

Host and staff was fantastic, accommodation was as it says on the tin, next door to Anfield and a couple beds for me and my dad, bar in the garden which was a great touch, breakfast in the morning was great too, can really tell the owners gone all out and done as much as possible to create a really welcoming experience and at home, only thing we found was our room was ridiculously hot so didn’t sleep to great, but we also didn’t open the window so that’s on us. Lots of space, clean and tidy, tidy bathroom and parking included makes match day experience all the better. Will defiantly be our regular stay from now on, no need to go anywhere else, cheap as chips too.
Thanks again and we’ll see you next time.

Arrived to find nobody around. Owner appeared after 10 mins and showed us to the room but failed to give us any further info re breakfast etc.
Room was very clean as was the bathroom and bed very comfortable
BUT
there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was very poor. Some other guests told me they had kettles and teabags but no mugs!!!!!!!!!!! No glasses or plastic cups in the bathroom.
There were no directions for the dining room or what time breakfast was served so I emailed the owner but have not received a response. Other guests had been told there was no breakfast but it is advertised on the Web page. So at a price of £50 each I would have expected breakfast.
There was nobody around when we checked out and no instructions on what to do so we simply left. No instructions on how to contact the owner if there was an emergency.
The pictures of the dining room are from the house next door.
I have to admit it is very well placed for Anfield but that's about it.

Stayed here with my son for the lfc/Sunderland match 26/03/14,every morning you open the door and youre looking straight at anfield!! James treated us like he knew us for years, nothing was a bother to him, after the match getting back to the b&b,took 5 minutes, youre pretty much close to bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes away from Liverpool centre via taxi, all in all if (when) I go back,I'll be staying here!!
