From Higashiomi (Shiga) to Nagoya Station

From Higashiomi (Shiga) to Nagoya Station

How can I get from Higashiomi, Shiga to Nagoya, although Japan has a vast and rich transportation, sadly, and apparently in this location (Higashiomi), It appears that it lacks of a nice transportation and the timetable availability isn't 24H. My question is: How can I get from HIgashiomi (Shiga) to Nagoya Station on May 1st, 2024 and also on the least expensive way of trip. I really appreciate if anyone can help me.

In Japan it doesn't work very well (Google maps), thanks anyways

Higashiomi is the name of a city. What you have to do first is find out how to get to the nearest JR station. From there you can take the local JR Tokaido Line to Nagoya.
