信諾（Cigna）是一家美國醫療保健公司，提供各類保險和其他一些醫療服務。該公司旗下有多家分公司負責不同業務，如信諾環球人壽保險及信諾環球保險等[2]。2018年它列在財富美國500強中的第73位[3]。
歷史[編輯]
該公司在1982年由Connecticut General Life Insurance Company（CG）和INA Corporation（北美洲保險公司的母公司）合併形成。而北美洲保險公司的歷史則可以追溯至1792年。CG成立於1865年。[4]
2015年6月美國安森保險打算以470億美元的現金和股票收購信諾[5]，但次年7月21日美國司法部發出反壟斷禁令[6]，最終使得該併購案流產[7]。
2018年3月7日宣佈將以670億美元的價格收購快捷藥方[8][9]，同年8月24日此交易被雙方股東批准[10][11]。交易在2018年12月20日以540億美元的價格成交[12]。
