iPad Air 5 (2022)-ESR

Recently, I came across one of my old iPads and it brought back memories – one that I’d like to share with you.

Back then, if there was one thing I ever wished for as an iPad user, it was to have sufficient storage space. I mean, there would be no issue of insufficient space.  Just imagine how that would be, awesome right?

Over time, I had wished Apple would be a genie to grant this particular wish of mine; that one wish of having ‘sufficient space’ on their iPads but I sulked it up and accepted my fate perhaps that dream may never come alive.

As a techie, purchasing new gadgets was (and is still) my thing but at some point, for the iPad, it rarely tickled my fancy to make a new purchase, even though I would, eventually.

I fussed over it and if you ask why, well, it’s the same old same old as I felt, what’s the point? But just out of the blues, the whole story changed Apple has won my heart completely over with their latest iPad device – the iPad air 5.

And yeah, you guessed right I can’t contain my joy as I write this article.

A little back story on what I intended for the iPad Air 5 or perhaps, what I had envisioned before its release was an enormous amount of storage size over any other feature.

Long gone are those days when you’d wished for more storage size than the usual 16GB or 32GB. And if at all you are going to buy any iPad the storage size ranges from 64GB up to 256GB with an additional space of about 2TB offered in the iPad Pro.

Perhaps, you’re unsure about which gigabyte to get while you want to purchase the iPad Air 5, this article will help you analyze the various options so, you can carefully select.

So, in this article, you would be informed about the different gigabytes available for the iPad Air 5 and which iPad you should purchase depending on your needs.

Hop in as we coast off.

Enjoy!

With every new device from Apple Inc. launched, comes a varying option for its users. I bet this is not a hard nut to crack. The iPad Air 5 is also known as the 5th generation iPad and comes in four different configuration models, each with varying storage sizes – 64GB and 256GB respectively.

Let’s get to it, you need to know exactly why you’re purchasing the iPad Air 5 with the 64GB or the 256GB?

In a bid to help you, I’ll site different categories recommending the suitable gigabyte that can cater to their needs.

In this tech age, most especially this post-COVID era, most businesses have moved online. So, if your device doubles as your office, then you can settle for any of the 64GB options. You’re dealing with mostly documents that read in kb or some cases less than 50MB.

However, if your work is related to social media management or content creation where you’d need lots of big data media stored to your device, you can choose to either choose the 56GB or 256GB but the latter would be better.

Pictures are a great way to keep memories so, if you’re big on pictures, selfies, and all of the picture and video apps and would want to keep them in your gallery, then you can go for the 256GB.

The same applies to you if you love to have your music, and movies downloaded to your device.

On the flip side, if you’re a creative, say a photo/videographer or video editor, a designer, or any sort, you can opt for the 256GB or more using iCloud storage.

On iCloud, you have access to unlimited storage for every iTunes-related content you buy. In addition, you’ll get to enjoy 5GB of free storage from Apple for your iCloud music and photo and libraries. However, if you feel this storage size won’t cater to all your storage needs, you can buy more. The price range is between $0.99 for 50GB to about $9.99 for a 2TB space.

But one question you need to ask yourself before you make a purchase is ‘why do I need additional storage space?

Furthermore, you may want to consider the second most important factor when making a purchase – the price. Based on the configuration, the iPad Air 5 with 64GB with Wi-Fi option starts at $599 while the 64GB with a 5G connectivity goes for $749.

Its 256GB with Wi-Fi counterpart, is priced at $749 which is the same amount as the 64GB with 5G. while the 256GB with 5G sells for $899. So, this implies that the higher the storage size, the higher the price – simple!

It’s not enough to tell you about these storage spaces without giving you a heads up on one crucial factor – screen protectors. After all, what’s left of a device without a screen protector? don’t leave your device in harm’s way get an ESR screen protector for your iPad air 5.

That aside, I know it’s all fancy to want to show off your device but before you do so, make sure to get a case cover. It’d be fancier to showcase your iPad air 5 with the ESR case covers.

I’m glad you made it through reading this article and I hope you found it helpful. Not a bonus point but I know you’re curious to know the result of my old iPad story and it wouldn’t be nice to shut out your curiosity so, just to let you in on that, here’s how it ended:

Just so you want to know why I haven’t given out or sold my old iPad to a phone stall and perhaps added some dollars to purchase a new one or in the wildest and most bizarre of all options, sold it as scrap is for a single but dear reason – it’s a memory bank!

Happy Purchase,

Cheers!
