招聘對象：18至24歲，學歷：中三程度及副學位以下的青年
計劃目的：培訓有關對象成為保安業界精英，踏上保安業青雲路！
工作時間：5-6天工作 (每週60小時)
工作地點：鐵路沿線公司轄下管理的商場/高級住宅
職責：協助執行各類型保安活動工作
要求：良好溝通能力、主動有禮、具責任感 （公司會提供課程培訓以考取保安證‼）
月薪：$19,000，另設為期9個月留任津貼， (合計薪津達$24,000起‼)
