Our meal went ahead of schedule, and we were about to have 蛋白杏仁茶 for dessert. Far far from closing time yet, and the staff had already started vacuuming right next to us. I guess the noise and dust flying around was our cue to exit.
In summary, I enjoyed the food but prob won’t return. (They might start spraying me with dettol next time.🙄)

一進餐廳,見到大部分都是獨立房間,招待客人最適合不過。房間是中式圓桌,侍應會幫忙把餸菜分給大家,不錯。不過房間中央冷氣不夠冷,要加2 把座地風扇。我們品嚐了魚翅湯、大良炒鮮奶、煎金倉魚、煎魚嘴、蝦籽柚皮海蔘鵝掌、乳鴿、生炒臘味糯米飯、生磨蛋白杏仁茶、生薑皮蛋。魚翅湯很足料,煎魚很香脆,柚皮做得很好,但海蔘不夠入味。而每人一隻的乳鴿,由於要自行扯開一隻完整的乳鴿,有點恐佈但無可否認的非常好味。生炒臘味糯米飯一看就知一百分!反而生磨蛋白杏仁茶淡了一點,欠了杏仁香。生薑皮蛋就欠了一個醬汁。總的來說,吃得出廚師功架十足,很有私房菜的感覺,不錯!

再黎一個玻璃明蝦球, 其實你個係手工京菜, 蝦好大隻, 要起咗有顏色個層衣, 淨返雪白既蝦肉,

桂花炒素翅亦到係好值得試既功夫菜~ 可以將雞蛋同素翅炒到桂花咁幼細, 而又好乾身~ 有鑊氣~
另一道黃皮海老虎班菜遠炒球, 黃皮海老虎班肉質好實~ 皮好爽口~ 炒到一件件微焦, 好香口~

My third time to Stellar House and first time to post. Will be there again in Aug for a birthday gathering. I think they have private rooms and min charge is $6,000. Thy don’t have a menu but they can share samples of dinner courses pre ordered by other patrons.Ambience is quite contemporary modern but service level is not match to its food. Ambience is quite contemporary modern but service level is not match to its food. At times, I find a couple of the servers not very attentive.

The pigeon is absolutely the best. It is of the right size, it is juicy, tender and seasoned just right.

I also like their sweet and sour pork. The batter is very light and a bit crispy.

The abalone with duck feet and pomelo skin is equally outstanding. The pan fried stuffed fish stuffed with minced fish paste is also quite authentic.

I prefer the pan fried shrimp w soy sauce from last time over the crystal shrimp.

按桌預訂,菜單於用餐一日前訂好,每桌最低消費$6,000(另10%服務費),無人數下限最多可容納12人,設有多間廂房及主餐區.我們的位置安排在大㕔用餐區,那裡只得兩張大枱,週邊包圍著幾間廂房座無虛席. 菜館裝潢雅緻秀氣,主調淡灰牆身楬色門廊桌椅,飾以藍白中國風瓷器,注重空間感平衡性,譲人坐得安心看得舒服.

{梅菜蒸豆腐}-簡單沒啥難度家常料理,只要將炒過調味過的梅菜粒鋪在豆腐上稍蒸就成了,在這樣格局的食肆用饍,自不免有更高的期待,所以不要怪我膚淺覺得兩道素菜料理有點兒敷衍.

整合意見,食物拉上補下其實大抵不錯,家人亦算滿意,只是服務最後有些強差人意.從商的家人結賬從來不吝嗇小費,可是服務我們桌子的女侍臨尾面色卻十分難看,我們跟她吿別時,完全一臉寞視..何解?原來家人簽賬埋單,剛巧她走開了,於是小費就統統給了負責簽單的同事,可能回來發現就心𥚃委屈難受吧,我們揣測原由,家人專承走回頭給她另行打賞.
我個人就覺得那位服務員的現實和小心眼為整頓晚飯蒙上污點..本來的美味變得索然寡味,滿心歡喜變後頸發涼.人,現實起來原來可以立即反臉不認人,整夜的殷勤服務不是真心誠意呢..當然可以説是個別員工問題,不過走在前端的業務者就是餐廳代理人,放在枱面的菜餚就顯示食肆質量.像我這樣的客人,就未必受得表𥚃不一的服務.Kung Fu Cuisine不單取其色相形味,我想還要講求"尚武精神",以德服衆,否則星月同居不同思,大家就是道不同了.
