今天下大雨, 在公司附近不想去太遠就選了這家日本餐廳, 之前晚餐已經吃過一次, 今天再帶朋友來吃午飯, 我點了一客葱碎拖羅魚蓉飯, 拖羅魚蓉非常新鮮, 米飯粒粒分明, 飯量亦很多, 午市套餐包前菜日式蒸蛋和麵豉湯, 價錢好像是二百多, 另外+1要注意店舖面積非常細小, 和朋友約會吃飯的避免說話會有點辛苦, 因為和鄰桌的枱面真的非常接近, 整個環境都比較嘈吵食物質素是不錯, 感覺應該是用上比較高質的日本貨, 所以價錢也成正比吧記得去吃好東西之前必須要訂枱, 座位有限啊 continue reading

因工作関係離港已經有2年多了. 今天來到以往工作的地方鰂魚涌再到伊藤裝修與以往有點不同但仍然充滿日本料理的感覺. 聽侍應講伊藤師傅已經離職現由有超過20年經驗的小野師傅接手處理.午餐選擇生食和熟食都相當多. 今天就選了刺身定食先上有蒸蛋味道不錯非常滑然後就到刺身,白飯, 味噌湯. 刺身大約有6至7款包括:吞拿魚, 帶子, 甜蝦, 油甘魚, 白身魚, 新鮮八爪魚,. 本人最喜歡帶子及甜蝦味道真的很甜和新鮮其他真心的都不錯.賣單加服務費$280元有找. 以高質數的日本餐廳是可以接受的價錢. continue reading

幾個人一同前往吃晚飯,每人都要付出一千大元。這並不重要,但食物質素極差。魚生不新鮮,生蠔太細隻,煎幾隻虎蝦和海膽,簡直只得芝士味。熱煱不太熱,味精太濃。總之大家都感到極不快。菜單款式不多,沒有多選擇。只有魚生,壽司,幾款熱煱,蟹的選擇也不多,也沒有一些串燒等。鋪位太細,所以枱與枱之間沒太多空間,大聲小小已被人家聽到,人家大聲說話時,整間鋪都聽到。 continue reading

今日跟同事到伊藤食lunch慶祝老闆生日,早前店鋪裝修以為裝修後會安排到更多座位但似乎因為店鋪空間始於有限,座位同裝修前無太大分別而一班人訂座更加要俾deposit,可見小店有限既空間同埋受歡迎程度呢~特上剌身 $308跟另一位嘴饞既同事都叫左呢款特上刺身~前菜有蒸蛋、漬物、3件天婦羅而刺身有海膽、牡丹蝦,赤身、油甘魚等等10款食材,每款份量十足亦非常新鮮,加上白飯食到一半已經開始飽飽地最令人喜出望外就係海膽,真係非常鮮甜,只係海膽就已經值回票價 continue reading
