Job Duty

負責巡視物業; 確保所有設施運作正常; 處理顧客查詢; 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故; 主動與業戶接觸, 維持良好關係 (固定工作地點) To carry out daily operations in the property including patrol; handling customers’ enquiries; complaints and emergency incidents; To maintain good relationship with occupants by rendering prompt service at all times (Fixed working location)
