Responsibilities
- Handling phone enquiries and loan applications (No cold call is required)
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Applicants with telemarketing or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with pleasant personality
- Proficiency in basic MS office, and Chinese input
Customer Services Representative (Ref: CSR)
Responsibilities
- Handle loan application and related duties
- Responsible for customer service and general enquiries at branch
- Handle data input and other administrative work
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Applicants with experience in financial institutions or customer service will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in basic MS office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese input
