Short tours for Nebuta in Amori?

After missing out in 2023 I was wondering if there are any Japanese travel agents I could reach out to for a short 3day/2night tour to Aomori specifically for Nebuta? We have already booked a hotel/car in Hachinohe as a 'backup' but we would prefer to stay in Aomori for the festival if we could.

You'll see some photos from the Hachinohe festival in this album. It's the 2nd of 7 festivals I went to over a glorious summer some years ago. But if you'd asked me how long ago? I would said 5, maybe 6 years ago. Looking at the album I see that it was 10 YEARS AGO!!! I feel very old now.
