- Scott131098_Liverpool, UK6 contributionsBest waterpark I’ve been to in a long time if not ever. We went on a Monday so it wasn’t too busy, the queues for the rides was fast. Tower of power was my favourite ride. Everything is reasonably priced inside the park, €7 for a hotdog and drink in this day and age is good. Paris going to the park. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon. ( the dance of the birds) The enactments are so realistic! There were 300 different birds swooping over our heads! You can hire mobility scooters as it goes up quite a steep hill so if you have mobility issues it may be a bit difficult. Some favourite rides include Dæmonen, Monsunen and Rutschebanen, one of the world's oldest operating coasters! For the most part I enjoyed myself and queues were moderate with efficient staff, however my one small issue to prevent me from giving 5 stars is that crowd congestion got quite bad when visiting on a Saturday, so there could be more pathways to divert crowds. However, when visiting on a Monday, I had no issue with this. - DeadlyFlamingo65 contributionsWe visited this park last year with my two year old. We has such a fantastic time, that we had to come back again this year.
He was juuuuuuust under the 1m bar, so got in free.
We had a bit of a rainy day, but donned our waterproofs (I recommend waterproof trousers for little ones, so when they sit on the rides, they don't get a wet bum). There is a few areas under cover (some queues and rides and some animal areas) so you can shelter during any rain. Then luckily it was only spitting the rest of the day.
We still had a fantastic time, queues were very short everywhere and staff were all friendly.
We spent more time playing in the play parks and seeing the animals this time.

They habe a lot of cool attractions.
We went on a Monday and waited 30mins per attractions wich was okay because it was very busy as well (holidays).
The only bad thing was that the prices for the food and souvenirs are extremely extremely expensive. The prices does not make any sense. I paid 6 euro‘s for a waffle. The food is also everywhere very bad and there are no varieties. Only burgers and fries, not worth the money so take you lunchpakket and waterbottles with you if you don‘t want to get ripped off.
The second bad thing is that all the workers were very very lazy and slow. No one smiles or greets you wich is sad for a park like this. - Shelljack276 contributionsBrilliant family day out! We loved it and will definitely be back. Some great rollercoasters and excellent water park. The dolphin show was our highlight ! We went two days running and went to see the show twice. Lots for our 2 year old to do as well. Its a lovely place, great animal shows (the dolphin show was the best we have seen), loads of rides for young and old. Loved the dhino rapids. And plenty of food options. Lovely little beach and smimming area. And a great little picnic area. With entertainment happening while you were there. The big wheel gives you great views at the top. Remarkable is the efficient organisation with hundreds of staff taking care of the wellbeing of visitors and the consistency in the styling of every detail. The original designer/architect Anton Pieck left his mark to date.

The only down side is the price of food and drink in both the hotel and the park for the quality.
The food is poor, similar to Wetherspoons yet you are paying premium prices. Our meal on an evening for a family of 4 was close to £150 with 1 drink each. The cost of beer in the hotels is also expensive I was paying &7.50 a pint.

Because we've been to a similar park in California, we only needed about 2 hours in this park to go on rides we don't have in California and do a little shopping. I don't think you would need a full day in this park even if you hadn't been to the California or Florida parks. We went at the end of April and it was very quiet. Lines were very short.
