你知道嗎!近來台灣新採購安裝的燃氣機組,原廠設計就可以配合天然氣與氫燃料(氫氣)混燒的運轉模式。例如,GE 7F系列的燃氣機組,出廠時就設定可以混燒高達60%比率的氫氣,而 GE 7HA系列燃氣機組,出場的設定就可以混燒高達50%比率的氫氣,並且支援將來全面升級到100%使用氫氣運轉的技術解決方案。不只GE,西門子(Siemens)也有提供類似可以混燒氫氣的燃氣機組,例如 Siemens HL系列中的 SGT6-8000H 燃氣機組,原廠設計也可以混燒達50%比率的氫氣。

燃氣發電比燃煤發電無論在二氧化碳排放量,溫室效應氣體排放量,重金屬污染排放量等方面,都有極大幅度的改善。如果混合氫燃料一起運轉,由於氫燃料運轉發電的過程中,只會產生H2O (純水),因為高溫運轉,所以是以水蒸氣的方式排放,除了水蒸氣,完全沒有棄他任何排放污染物質,所以燃氫的比率越高,所產生的污染也就越少,比起純粹燃燒天然氣來發電,更加的潔淨,更加的符合環保的要求。

台灣政府也已經宣示要積極發展氫能源應用,頗為務實的從現成的工業製程中,原本就會產生的餘氫(灰氫)開始回收再利用,再一步一步同時發展產製藍氫(原本的灰氫製程中再加入碳捕捉與封存),並且終極目標為達到100%用再生能源綠電製氫的純淨綠氫發電以及其它領域的氫能源應用。

採用這些新世代,可以混燒氫燃料的燃氣機組,可以讓我們在能源轉型的過程中,循序漸進,更加的無縫接軌到深度減碳、減排的途徑上,將手上的電力設備資產作最佳的運用,減少重複投資的耗損以及中途打掉重練的時間成本,更加快速的縮短達到淨零排碳,有效抑制溫室效應氣體排放的目標。
