We chose Juneyao because of their lower fares and better baggage-allowance, and we didn't have high expectations, particularly since the only mail confirmation we got was a payment receipt with half of it in English and half in Chinese, one that puzzled even the Chinese visa application centre. Check-ins proved to be very efficient, though, as was the cabin crew service. The food wasn't great, but it seldom is on any airline in Economy.
