Fun Family Staycation

Rooms were Cozy and New with View of the Planes Landing ...

We managed to get Late Checkout .. Staff Were friendly & Very Accommodating ..

Had Lounge access & the Service was excellent ...

Special Thanks to ALEX CHUNG for taking Very Good Care of us

Good Spread for Breakfast & DIMSUM was Excellent

A lot of Food Options at the Hotel & Near the Hotel ..

Will Definitely be going back for another Staycation.

Happy family staycation

Room is cozy. Front desk staff offered us late check out til 3pm. Food and service at their Chinese restaurant and grill restaurant are nice. We enjoyed the welcome drink at the lounge and ordered a cup of coffee afterwards. Unfortunately they missed our order but they were so apologetic and offered us a piece of cake to enjoy. Very attentive service.

My son organized this birthday staycation for me and my sisters and niece. Alex actively followed up the details and organised everything thoughtfully for my birthday. The sunset grill dinner arranged by Alex is memorable. His recommendation of the Korean chicken is fantastic, not to mention the seafood platter and oysters. Alex and Velia were proactively taking care of my parties in the executive lounge. I would definitely recommend everyone to add the lounge access

Happy Recovery

Impressive buffet with good quality food, especially the sashimi and steam fish. The environment is very fancy and stylish. The chef service is wonderful with kind and polite manner. Tiramisu is delicious

enjoyable

the living experience in tung Chung Sheraton is unforgettable.
the buffet with a great variety of cuisine of different countries are beyond my expectation.
Alex and celia are very helpful and make us enjoy a lot.
