The review speed of the journal is okay. I changed it back and forth three times and was finally accepted, but online first publication takes about 2 months, and print publication in a regular issue takes place about 1 year.

The reviewer comments are very professional and careful, and they are revised and accepted once. It took about 3 months from returning the review comments to the acceptance, but there was a long delay in arranging the submission for review. It may be that the subject of the article is not easy to find a reviewer. However, I heard that it takes a long time from the confirmation of the employment to the press conference, and I will return to the review after seeing the press.

The speed is relatively average and needs to be modified carefully

The manuscript submitted at the end of March 2019, Received the overhaul notice on June 17, 2019. The chief engineer has two reviewers, one minor overhaul, one overhaul, and overhaul given by the editor. The revised draft is required to be submitted within half a month, which is probably the reason for the summer vacation soon. In the middle of all kinds of changes, the reviewer who was overhauled was very knowledgeable at first glance, and the questions asked were hard to answer. I received the notification of acceptance on August 5, 2019. I have strict requirements on the format of the reference. Finally, I am still asking me to modify the format. The payment notice was received on August 13, 2019. The page fee is US$100, and there is no additional charge for up to 8 pages. But I was over 2 pages so I charged $200. It is estimated to be released online in October 2019. The publication of the publication is estimated to take six months to one year.

The manuscript submitted on June 25, 2019 was recorded at noon on September 2, 2019. There was a minor revision in the middle, and the time from submission to acceptance was about 2 months.
