Phyllis Church is the owner of Mr Doggy. She first appears in the first episode ofLittle Britain USA. When taking her dog for a walk to the park on in town she talks to her dog in her Mr Doggy voice and commands herself to do anti-social deeds in public. These anti-social deeds involve taking off her clothes in public and standing in a trash bin, defecating in public and throwing a brick through a shop window, which ends up getting her caught in the act, using Mr Doggy's voice, calls herself a crazy bitch, and she's often arrested by the police.
