Took my friend to a birthday brunch reserved a table outside because the weather was so lovely. We had amazing bloody Mary’s with Caprese sticks. Can’t wait to have another one of those! We shared a breakfast board that had waffles, a mini quiche, fresh fruits, sausage and bacon, and it was perfect for two people to share and then we also split a Caprese Frittata, everything was really good, and our service was outstanding.

Our daughter was visiting from Virginia Beach and we wanted to treat her to brunch. She had the apple, cheese, bacon sandwich and enjoyed it. Several of us had the cinnamon French toast. It was so good and way too much to eat. Took it home for later. I had the caprese frittata the tomatos and the balsamic vinegar really enhanced the taste. Service was excellent. Cy (sigh) was so helpful and accommodating. Anything we asked for he made it happen. Cy was training Chris. They made an efficient team. My only concern with our experience was it was WAY too loud. We couldn’t even hear each other talking. It was disappointing to not be able to visit with our daughter.

I've seen other reviews of a loud environment and was a bit hesitant to book my reservation. However, I was delightfully greeted by the hostess & quickly seated. The noise level was good for good conversation. Going to a new dining place can be apprehensive. Luckily, the app menu gave me an idea of what they offered & we were willing to give it a try. The furikake salmon, country fried chicken & grazing board were great! Our server was attentive and didn't skip a beat. Thank you for providing a great atmosphere for a business dinner!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here. We came for brunch. The food was excellent. Some had breakfast and others had lunch items. Our server was at our table with refills and anything we requested he provided very quickly. All twelve of us were very pleased with our brunch at Homestead Kitchen. We are returning in two weeks. I can’t wait!

Always enjoy the Homestead experience. We drive from 2 hours away once every six months or so. Although it could use a little more light or bigger font on the menus, there were a lot of people using their phones to read with. Food was excellent as always, and yes I get something different every time we’re there.

Good atmosphere Great table service! Our sever went out of his way to find me green tea - thank you. Tasty starters of meat and cheese board and oysters on a half shell - very fresh. Ahi tuna in a ginger sauce as an entree - always a great favorite. Mostly everything on the menu is flavorful. Parking is plentiful. Seating restrictions - as we were seated, we were cautioned there was an hour and a half limit on dining. It became very noisy due to a large party seated close by, making conversation a bit difficult.

My husband and myself and my son were there earlier for dinner it’s my birthday we made a 3 pm reservation bc we have a 1 year old and wanted to beat the crowd and get the dinner menu since brunch was 11-3 we got there and were given brunch menu I said I didn’t want brunch I wanted a steak that’s why I scheduled 3 pm reservation for when brunch was over waiter acted like it was a tall request and said he had to check ? So what was being served after 3 pm ? Nothing ? Anyways food was good and fast but we felt like we we’re being rushed the whole time- no refills on drinks no checking on us just came at end to drop off check. Didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert (I did) being my birthday which he knew it was my birthday but left cash on table and left since he never came back and stopped at giant eagle and got a cake. No really the afternoon I envisioned we come here often and love it but today wasn’t that great. Just thought someone should know shouldn’t matter what time of day every customer is important- we spent almost 100$ on “dinner” for the two of us and drinks. Would of spent more if we were offered appetizers and dessert or refills but sadly eveyone was too worried about decorating for tonight and getting ready for later to give us good customer service.

We went there for a Christmas party, and several of our plates came out, cold. They attempted to reheat It but it really didn’t do much good, when they prepared it over again it took forever to get the food, and then when it finally did come out it was not good at all.

My sister and I grew up in this area but live out of state now. We were excited to try a new place and I made reservations. The service was slow, the noice level was such that you could barely hear yourself speak… and then the food. I am totally fine for paying $40 for a steak, if it’s what I ordered. I requested medium. It arrived well done. The waitress was apologetic and agreed that it was over cooked and sent it back. I insisted that my sister go ahead and eat. In the end a free dessert was offered, or a gift certificate (I appreciate the effort). But we don’t live in the area and won’t be returning. In the end, management took off the steak that was overcooked, which I appreciated. Live and learn, but a very disappointing evening.

This is a great place for a special occasion. My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The food was amazing and the bar tender even made me a special drink that resembled fall. The waitress was very nice and attentive.
