Friendly Staff, courteous and efficient. Owner is also friendly, helpful and gracious. The gym is immaculate; well maintained. I liked the gym equipment and it reminded me of the good ole days at World of Iron. Back then we didn't have a gym packed with Nautilus equipment. This was when Arnold was King. Theres free weights, a few Nautilus, stationary bikes, a kick boxing bag, an area for ab work, kettle ball weights, squat rack, seated calf raises and so much more. TV"s line the wall where the stationary bikes and treadmills are located. The dressing rooms are immaculate and classy. There is one shower in each locker room and it is handicap accessible. Towel service is an additional $7 per month. XFactor is a gym for all fitness levels and its' environmental ambiance will help you to focus and train hard. Price is very reasonable.

My boyfriend and I go to this gym and we love it! We feel as if the center is very clean and that is important to us. Someone is always at the front desk to assist. I also love how big the cardio area is. Overall, this gym is great!

I hava been a member for several years. Best gym I have ever used. Jeff & Denise are great people and have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If your not into big crowds this is the place to go. Five star from me.

Upon cancelling i found out the hard way that they are ruthless with late fees. Read the fine print of the contract before signing. If you mess up, you will pay. I missed the cancellation payment due to switching banks and unfortunately paid it two weeks after notification. My rate tripled. I do not recommend working with X Factor.
Clean, organized, well maintained, friendly and the owners are very outgoing and show concern with any questions or suggestions you may have. The environment makes you feel like family.

The equipment was well maintained, clean but my favorite part is that they literally have all that I need to get and stay fit. From supplements to Group X classes (Spin, Yoga and more). The music was appropriate for all ages and the locker rooms are very clean.
I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to get on shape or maintain their fit life.

Grest gym, great staff, and friendly people.. full hard working people
Had issues with my bank, they charged me a $30 for this mistake without even calling to warn me. Had a pet cat there which can't be good for people's allergies. Can't wait til I'm able to get out of this contract. I called their establishment 3 times before I was able to be helped. And the first time was 3 days prior to my due date. My bank issues were not my fault and I explained this to the owner. And also look out for unexpected "equipment fees ".
Updated 2/6/18: called to ask about extra fees and was scolded about having my checks bounce by the owner Jeff. Not their fault, that's what happens when irrational people choose to ignore concerns of their customers. My bank account was hacked into so my cards had to be cancelled. Only one month I have ever had issues and I'm degraded and talked down on.
Been going here roughly a month. I like the small local feel. They have exactly what you need to get your work out. I traditionally come in the mornings between 630-745 and never have had to wait for a machine or weights. Great price, you pay without having to cough up extra bucks for the bells and whistles that you will probably never use.
One neg critique: I wish they had two showers stalls. I've only had to wait 3-5 minutes for the shower at the most, but when you need to get out the door to work, the convenience of another stall would be nice.

The two squat racks face each other which can make for some awkward staring if lifting at the same time (though not a terrible inconvienence)
Slightly reduced hours on weekends
Summary:
X Factor Fitness is an excellent gym. I would highly recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
Do not come to this gym unless you would like to be belittled or harassed. Also, make sure they hand you a contract. I had no contract and it's still a hassle to cancel.
I love this gym I've been a member for many years and so far so good. Clean, organized, friendly, and everything you need for a kick ass work out.
