Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Suzanne S6 contributionsFantastic surroundings and beautiful day to visit. Trip for the fashion exhibition and was beautifully presented with a wide variety of styles. No rush to make the most of the time with knowledgeable guides. The pass is an annual pass and the exhibition is included. Will definitely revisit.Written 15 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BillBadger99915 contributionsEasy to find but try not to take your car up to the church. It is a residential area with a narrow access so be mindful of the folk who live there. Churchills’s grave is always well tended and Blenheim Palace is close by. Remember to use Gift Aid when booking and the nearby Heythrop Hall offers a 10% discount but again tell them you want to Gift Aid as the staff there didn’t remind me!Written 23 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Amanda T2 contributionsOur day was wonderful and lots to see. The cafe had tasty food and drink that was cheap. My favourite bit was seeing all the photos of how war was seeing everything there was excellent ²Written 19 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tinkle_24Northampton, UK1,742 contributionsnot a lot to see but interesting nonetheless. Located in a house built in the 17th before Blenheim Palace, it had various displays and a small garden plus a good cafe with cakes. Exhibits were in chronological order starting with Roman times to Anglo Saxon and modern day collections. - Oxfordtraveller19192 contributionsShame that we paid good money for seats that did not have the vision we expected. Staff in the box office did not help! We moved in the interval. The actor playing Puck was lively and animated but her voice was not clesr or heard by many of us in the audience. Shame!Written 8 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Hannah B5 contributionsWhere-else would you want to be during a heatwave?
I had fond memories of swimming at Woodstock Outdoor Pool during my childhood. On discovering that I can use my "better membership" from another centre, I returned 20 years later, for an adult swim on a hot day.
This pool is a special gem, lovely open air pool, with grass lawn area. I attended an adult wide lane session and really enjoyed my swim.
I could not give 5 stars to this centre, due to the changing and showering facilities being disapointing, however this did not spoil my overall enjoyment.Written 10 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - StephenCrossDublin, Ireland29,764 contributionsThe water features at Blenheim Palace are truly stunning. Vast area that over looks the stunning lake. - c s1 contributionOverpriced and underwhelming. £50pp a ticket to walk around what felt like a car park. No effort had been put into host this event and it showed. 3 overpriced food stalls, overflowing bins which staff just walked past, and misleading event photos. Hardly any classic vehicles there, lots of k**bs stood around their supercars looking for attention, far from the gentleman’s event it is perceived to be.
