Request a Transcript

​City Colleges of Chicago provides official academic transcripts to current and former students. Students can order online and track their transcript request from initiation to delivery.

If you’d like to access any of our student services, you may do so in person by visiting campus, or virtually by going to Virtual Student Services. We are committed to continuing to provide you with transcript services during this time through Parchment. Please note: If you attended CCC prior to 2005, there may be a delay in processing your transcript order. Please email your college Registrar's Office with any questions.​

City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) offers online transcript ordering and processing available to students 24/7 using technology provided by Parchment. Parchment is one of education’s most trusted intermediaries for electronic records. CCC partners with Parchment to enable you to request and track your transcripts online.                       

You may view or print your academic history (courses, credit hours, grades, etc.) online. Online transcript orders are typically processed in 3 - 5 business days, longer during peak periods.

Current students or students who have attended within one year and have access to the portal, log in to my.ccc.edu and click on the “Official Transcripts” icon under “Quick Access” on the home page.

Beginning late September 2017, City Colleges will have one combined Parchment account; your previous orders will appear in your history.                   

Transcripts for Coursework at Satellite Locations

If you earned college credits at one of our satellite locations, please order your transcript on Parchment under your home campus, as follows:

Students who participated in the City Colleges of Chicago Overseas Military Program only can create an account here.         

Prerequisites

Current and recent students who are matched in the Parchment system will be prevented from ordering a transcript until the hold preventing release is resolved.
