Account for crypto business

I'm a bit surprised with reviews as I saw them only after opening an account.
But first contact with sale team was good with fast replies.
Maybe a little bit slower with all documents verifications but everyone was super polite and so far transactions goes smoothly.

Don't post negative review if you don't know the rules.

I already work with Mistertango from 2016 and all payments have been successfully confirmed or rejected in case that the AML policy has not been respecteed. I didn't lose money with this bank!

So, please don't belive in Negative Feedbacks from people who don't know the rules or AML policy.

Very nice surprise :)

I am surprised to read the negative opinions. I opened an account at mistertango. to be honest, the company name seemed a little "weird" to me but I have NO REGRETS.
opening the account and identifying my ID card was very quick. the customer service always answered my questions quickly and very professionally. Sending and receiving money happens quickly. usually the same day! The android application is clear, easy to use. the mistertango card works perfectly, I've never had a problem. The plus: to be able to manage your account also via their website. As far as I'm concerned, it's tested and approved. I am very happy to have opened a mistertango account

Great service for our personal and business accounts

Great service for our personal and business accounts. I have not any complaints, always get and able to send money. Of course they asking about your activity - but I think if you are working legal it's not problem to answer to their questions. I read comments before - I think mostly were closed accounts and I think due to reason of their illegal activity.

Mostly I like that they are linked with crypto exchanges. Use several of them. Instant money transfer to exchanges is the best what they have.

Good Banking Service

Good Banking Service, the make your life better!

Although I had a problem 4 weeks ago because my money was blocked, but that was all right, you have to check payments on money laundering and terrorism funding, which is for your own protection. The service could be a bit faster otherwise I am very happy even without mastercard a good account, very fast transfers

I have complete control over my savings, and also they are profiting there. They are an blockchain based platform with the fast customer support with daily response, great I have found them.

Great for business

Great for business! Very cheap to make international transfers. Before we paid € 30 euro for a transfer with our Cyprus bank, now € 10 for a full month with many transfers. Customer service somewhat slow to respond, but in the end you get an answer.

Excelent value for money

I have been using mistertango for more than a year now. I mainly used it to tranfer and spend money from paypal because my bank would charge me 3€ per incoming transaction. I must say i have never had a problem. In the begining i had locked my card by accident and their support was prompt. I believe they are the cheapest company and their app is very user friendly. The only recomendation i have i the lock card slide sometimes it is ambigious if the card is locked or not.

Easy to use and useful app

Easy to use and friendly app. I don't have any problems making payments or sending money to my family abroad. With personal EU IBAN I can get paid by my EU partners without a hassle. Crypto transfers with premium package are awesome.

Easy to Onboard, transparent compliance, low fees

We have applied to several institutions for the IBAN account for our company and only Mistertango actually provided a clear and transparent onboarding process with successful opening of the account. They may not have yet the most advanced user interface in the user portal, but all payments are executed promptly and securely. The cost of account maintenance is also very low. For urgent questions - a direct line with client manager exists.

They worked pretty great until 2018…

They worked pretty great until 2018 when they introduced the paid membership. After that it's been a constant downhill. And a few days ago they "suspended" all personal accounts and all attempts to contact support resulted in the same email responses that don't give any useful information. It's a good thing I only had 1-2 euro inside, but a lot of people have serious funds blocked.
Don't try to register, stay away or you'll regret it.

blocked account

Hallo ,
I realized I had the account blocked around October 25th, when I tried to make a bank transfer. I contacted Mistertango via email, who told me to wait for communications. After 10 days they answered me by saying that mistertango has the right to block the account for 90 days that can be renewed for an unlimited number of times.
I decided to make a criminal complaint for embezzlement. Have any of you already done something like that?

Good service, reasonable prices

Good service, reasonable prices and satisfactory customer support. All they need is more products, but they say they are working on them.
In general, good experience so far.
