Great prices

Great prices. Packaging came really beat up with a stamp from post office saying it was shipped like that. Everything in the package was luckily undamaged.

Shorted my order, will not receive replacement in time

I made an original order of 26 plastic Strawberry friends mugs with personalized inserts. I received the full quantity in a timely fashion. Additional people RSVP’D. I ordered 3 additional mugs. I received only 2. I had not ordered any extra mugs, only the exact amount I needed. I called to report it and their system was down. I called on the 21st to ask them to send the additional mug. They said I would have it on the 28th. Today is July 29th and I haven’t received the mug and the baby shower is tomorrow. When I called they said that they found out on the 25th, that the mug wouldn’t arrive on time. Nobody called or emailed me to let me know. Now one person at my daughter’s baby shower will not be receiving a mug. At least they are refunding me for the order of 3 mugs and shipping charge. Not very happy with their customer service or shipping department right now

Never received order and now no answer

I order a sonic the hedgehog pinata. Received an email saying it was shipped and was even charged for it but I've never received it. I wanted a week to see if it was coming later, but nothing. I've tried to call you 3 times and the call rings once and then is disconnected. I'm extremely disappointed and would like a refund.

Did not receive all of my order

Did not receive all of my order. They gave me a prompt refund before I even got my order but did not let me know what items would not be sent. Therefore, I did not have time to reorder items needed in time for the party. Otherwise, every thing was great!

Items I actually received are nice I am…

Items I received are nice but I am missing 2 items from a 5 item set and cannot reach customer service at all. No replies to emails and the customer service number rings once and hangs up every time

Item order not in stock…

I ordered three items and only received two. When I called I was told they would be shipping the missing item and I would receive it in a few days. Well I never received it and they ended up having to cancel. I’m frustrated because I ordered through this company because it had the best price BUT the product wasn’t even in stock. Now since I waited so long for this specific item I won’t have it in time for my daughters birthday. Unfortunate. However, customer service was great.

I am very unhappy with the service…

I am very unhappy with the service because it said my package was delivered. I never received my package. I tried calling none of the phone numbers a valid I sent emails I never get a response. I’m a single mother I don’t have money just to give away, so I am very displeased very displeased. .

I had a damage package

I had a damage package. I was missing items and some items were damaged. I followed the instructions on how to tell the company what I was missing and what was damaged. The website said response time would be within 24 hours. It’s almost been two weeks. My sons party is soon and I probably won’t get my stuff. I tried calling the customer service line and it doesn’t work.Out of service busy signal.

Order Never Shipped

I placed an order almost a month ago. I got the shipping notification, but the item has never actually shipped. I have not received my order, and attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I will be seeking a refund and will not recommend Wholesale Party Supplies to anyone.

All of the plastic containers I ordered came broken and I sent a message twice to customer support for replacement and still have not received a response. I need these for an upcoming party so I’m very disappointment that there has been no reply.

Lost all of my order except for a…

Lost all of my order except for a piñata. I called customer service to see why my package had not been delivered yet and was told they did not know and the only option I had was a refund or for them to send a replacement after my Grandsons birthday party. This is the first time I have ordered here and it will be the last.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 different sized plates for a party. I only received the smaller sized plates. I've tried multiple times to email from their website, call & message the company on Facebook, but no one responds.
