About
Hi there, I am a Somatic Practitioner working with embodied experiencing to assist you on your journey to effectively processing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, or any life challenging circumstance. Somatic practitioners perceive the body itself as holding experiences; experiences that continue to impact us in daily life in ways that we do not mentally anticipate, and culminating in a variety of psychosomatic discomforts. In addition to my training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Therapy, I combine philosophical and psychological approaches to collaborate with you to tap into the capacity for self-healing.
In addition to focusing on processing experiences through the embodied approach, I engage mindfulness, existential, humanistic, expressive, relational, movement based, and other client oriented principles, to assist you with whatever your needs are.
My sessions are $45/per hour and $60/hour and a half. Due to affordable pricing, I am able to meet for a brief consultation only to gain a sense of the collaborative potential we can build and to inquire if we are a good fit. Please note I am a somatic practitioner and work with sufficiently stable individuals who can benefit from my coaching.
