My husband and I stayed here from the 16th to the 18th of June after travelling up from Southampton for a wedding. We have stayed in a few B&B's in Blackpool in the past but I have to say this was the best by a mile. The landlady,, well she was just fantastic, catering for every need and making us feel very welcome, nothing was ever too much trouble. The property and our room was super spotless and the breakfast was perfect. if we could have marked this establishment with an 'Above Excellent' we would have.. Needless to say we will be back!!

Just on my way home from a great 2 night stay with my wife and our 2 children, the hotel is in a perfect location for the pleasure beach and said castle and a short walk (or princess carriage ride) away! Wendy made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was lovely, the kids loved the bunkbeds and the rooms where clean and tidy. When we next come back we will definately be staying here again

Just returned from a 2 night stay in Blackpool to celebrate sons 18th Birthday. We were allocated a car parking space upon arrival and shown to our room with no issues at all. Children were given free WiFi code and told breakfast times etc (845-930am). The rooms are not huge but perfect base to get some sleep after a long day at the Pleasure Beach or any other of the sites Blackpool has to offer. Very very clean and lovely staff. Would return with no issues. Very close to Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Ripley's etc and only a short walk to shopping area and tower in the North. Great time had by all.

Room tip: Early arrival if you require a parking space behind hotel.

Couldn't have asked for more from Wendy, the room was lovely and clean, private parking available for the duration of the stay Wendy even let us leave the car after check out while we ran the marathon which was brilliant and enabled us to not worry about parking at all. We didn't have breakfast but it smelt lovely as we were leaving! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here next year hopefully to smash our PB's. Thank you for a perfect overnight stay.

Room tip: Room 7, 2nd floor, away from any possible noise.
