Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling keep their relationship so under the radar, that it is hard to even find a photo of the two of them together. That privacy policy also crosses over to their real estate life — they’ve sold both of their Los Angeles homes, but away from public view. It’s unclear whether they are heading to Northern California, where they’ve show real estate interest in the past, or to Gosling’s home country of Canada, but they are leaving Los Angeles behind.
Mendes sold her Los Feliz home that boasts 3,898 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms for $4.9 million. According to Dirt, it was a Mediterranean Revival house built in 1926 and sitting on a third of an acre. Not much else is known about the property because it was an off-market deal. That’s also the same situation when it comes to Gosling’s Studio City bachelor pad, which also recently changed property owners.
That leaves the duo with a whimsical Carpinteria country home, about two hours north of Los Angeles. The estate has stunning views of the mountains and the ocean and provides a wonderful place for their two daughters, Esmeralda, 7, and Amada, 5, to run around and enjoy. There’s no word if the couple is off-loading this property because, of course, they love to do it all in secret.
Take a peek at where Gosling and Mendes called home — and be sure to check out more photos at Dirt.
