Married At First Sight's Ryan Gallagher reveals he walked 150km from Newcastle to Sydney with Covid: 'I was shivering and shaking in bed at night thinking it was heat stroke'

Ryan Gallagher has Covid-19, but he isn't feeling too bad. 

The former Married At First Sight star revealed on Tuesday that he walked a whopping 150 kilometres while sick, and was unaware he had the virus. 

The 33-year-old shared a photo of his positive Covid tests to Instagram, as well as an image of himself in bed with a fever.

He wrote in the caption: 'Just finished 150km walk from Newcastle to Sydney in three days in 32 degree heat. 

'Shivering and shaking in bed the nights thinking it was heat stroke, turns out I just had uncle Covid on the walk with me,' he continued. 

'I did a test at the end for s**ts and giggles not thinking I had it at all, I wanted a group photo everyone declined'.

In September, Ryan shared an unusual text he got when getting his Covid-19 test result back.  

But there was an unusual postscript at the end of the message that would be unfamiliar to anybody who's received a PCR test.

'NOTE: Although no Covid, you did appear to have a mullet and looked like a grub, so we tested you for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea to which you came back positive for all,' the message read.
