Amazing in winter! Ice formations under and around the falls were really cool (and there were no crows) Even the teenager was impressed.

The nice place to spend time with family and it has cool view of the falls. Took a boat ride to see waterfalls closer and took awesome pictures.

Our grandchildren enjoyed their first visit to the Falls and the State Park. The day was a warm sunny October afternoon, perfect for walking and viewing the falls.

Terrapin Point was beautiful at sunset and so worth it. Nice hiking trails. A cute gift shop closes early.

The observation tower is a THE perfect place to go for photos of the falls from the American side. You get a gorgeous long shot include the American Falls, the tip of Goat Island and Horseshoe Falls. The view looking up and down the river is unforgettable!

There are a lot of people who like to take photos from the tower, so be patient and take turns getting in and out. If you're just enjoying the view you can step back and let people take photos. There is visual opportunity all over the observation deck.

Outstanding views of the whirlpool and class 6 rapids. The park allows for enjoyment in the green spaces and on the trails. Seems like a lot of buses with tourists come through, and the visitor center is closed for renovation. The parking lot is pretty large and allows for quite a few vehicles. No entry fee is charged.

Pretty views but nothing really to do just different views of the river. It's a quick walk over a couple small bridges.

Disappointing. It's no longer a outlet where you can get deals. After factoring the exchange rate, gas and meals it's cheaper to stay in Canada

Our young children had a blast. We saw the penguin feed and the sea lion presentation. They loved seeing all of the fish and turtles. However it was $70+ for our family of four to visit for less than 2 hours.

Amazing day out in the first crazy hot day in 2023. The trails were clearly marked and the views? Spectacular. Small kids may find this quite difficult. The drop is 196m so climbing up and down raises the heart rate for sure. The park and picnic area are pristine and a very large space with great washroom facilities.

We had been to this museum many years ago. My husband more or less accidentally stumbled upon its web site, and we decided to go again. It was an interesting museum to visit, even if you are not an aviation fan. There's lots of local Buffalo regional history, and our docent Walt was really interesting.

Seneca Casino has a great design minus the smoking section. The main part of the casino has a view of the STIR stage where pretty good to great entertainment takes place every Friday and Saturday. The bands can be heard and seen from pretty much everywhere.

Gift days are a nightmare. Herds of people jammed into 8 lines with little space where we line up sometimes for over a half hour just to print the slip so that we can go line up again to pick up the gift. A gift typically worth 20-30 bucks unless it's Advantage RSVP gift day and then it's likely worth closer to a 100 bucks. Seneca please find solutions or alternatives to making us feel like cattle in a herd. Move some of the computer screens over to the Will Call or go back to the good old fashioned way of having a customer service rep take you from A to B in one step.

Seneca Casino Slots and the drop in payout %'s the past few months is tangible. It's clear to me and everyone I speak to that our gaming budget lasts half or less of what it used to. It's why our visits or getting less frequent. If it keeps up our visits will be ending. The best way to keep avid slot players coming back it to give free slot play and to give players a fighting chance to play longer on their budget. Let them win sometimes or at least break even. Slot offers have been going down and slot play has been harder and harder to enjoy. It's common now to go through 200 bucks and not get a bonus play.

Seneca staff are mostly friendly. Drink service is good. Restaurants are lacking. The Western Door is good to great. La Cascata serve the worst Lasagna ever. Not what it was pre-Pandemic. They need a change. 3 Sisters is just okay. Good coffee but below avg breakfast. Need to scrap the buffet breakfast and focus on improved quality of breakfast items. Actual fried potatoes would be nice. Blues is fine. Need one more restaurant that offers a Blues type menu in a sit and serve upgraded restaurant.

Seneca offers a Vegas style Casino with good drink service. The casino resort needs a larger version of the Bears Den that holds 3000 people so they can draw bigger name talent. One was scheduled to be built back before the 2008 great recession. It's time to bring that back to life. The main roads from Canada to the casino have been upgraded. Let's hope the improvements continue to expand and make NF USA as nice as the Canadian side.
