Boost Energy Contact Number: Existing Customers

If you’re an existing customer looking for the Boost Energy contact number, find all the details you need to solve your query below.

General Enquiries

For any query you may have regarding your existing account, such as changing account details or making a top-up, you can call the Boost Energy contact number for general enquiries. If you’re calling from a landline, call 0330 102 7517, and if you’re calling from a mobile, we recommend calling 0117 332 3728.

Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Boost contact number is also available during the weekend and operates from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Complaints contact number

If you have a complaint that you would like resolved by Boost, you can raise the issue in a number of ways. You can use the online complaints form or call the Boost contact number on 0330 102 7517. Below is the process Boost follows to resolve its complaints:

  1. Get in touch and tell Boost why you aren’t happy.
  2. Boost’s customer service team will do everything they can to resolve your complaint.
  3. If the problem can’t be resolved, your case will be passed to the Escalated Complaints Team.
  4. A member of the experienced complaints team will be in touch within five working days.
  5. As part of resolving your complaint, Boost will provide you with an explanation of what went wrong, fix the problem and apologise. If appropriate, Boost may also offer compensation.
  6. If your complaint isn’t resolved within eight weeks or Boost has provided you with their final position (or deadlock letter), then you have the option to refer your complaint to the Energy Ombudsman.
  7. The Energy Ombudsman will undertake an independent investigation on your behalf.

Boost Customer Service

To direct your query to the right place, it is more efficient to use the Boost live chat, which you’ll find on the homepage of the Boost website. Look for a small orange speech bubble towards the bottom right side of the home page. If you do not get an answer to your query, your best port of call will be to call the Boost contact number.

If you prefer to send Boost an email rather than call the Boost contact number, then simply send your query to [email protected]. Boost aims to reply to all email queries within 48 hours.
