When your customer service charge of $25.00 plus a month is outrageous. This charge is just to be the customer of the EMC. What happen to earn your business not charge for it. Look at the total number of customers the EMC has times 25.00 is around 1.4 million dollars per month. Total of around 17 million per year that the EMC brings in to be their customer.

Rather have a robot to answer your phones for reporting power outage at least they aren't condsending. Lots of people in this area can't afford your power prices yet your office is luxurious.

These folks drive around in practically new $60-$80K trucks, charge insane prices for any service required, and take weeks or months to get it done. Its like doing business with the federal government. They do and charge as they please and you have no alternative but to submit.
