is this a really random question, but my best friend and I just returned from Punta Cana and had a great time BUT returned with some not so cute brown spots on our hands. (what's weird is that we both got them and both more pronounced on the left hand) Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience....

Most likely sun damage to your skin. Check it out with your doctor if you are concerned.
I have had these appear after long weeks of sailing where the sun exposure is considerable and keeping sunscreen on is tough. Your hands are constantly exposed to sun.
There was a reason ladies used to always wear gloves!
hi there i got some too...it started going dark and there are like frekkle spots on the other parts.
