Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Eye-Sicle's Lair
...Yeah, uh, I don't think Eye-Sicle's going to be really happy when he finds out he has no Battle Royale guys this season. (Jared remarks when the remaining Loopy is a casualty of a ghostly lumberjack's rampage.)
Ah, don't sweat it. I bet we'll get him one while he and the others are away. (Kay says. She frowns slightly (although it's hard to tell).) ...How do you think the search is going along, anyway?
Hope they're getting close to finding those guys. (Wanda says.) The place they were at gives me the creeps just going by the description Cleo gave me.

(Wednesday finally regains his senses after finally leaving the pipe.) Oof...y-yeah, I'm dizzy, but that *was* pretty fun...
(He realizes where they are.) Oh, that's great! I wonder what this orb will do...
(He reaches out for it like before.)
What's wrong with it, Aaron? (June asks.)
(Henry was about to fly straight for it, but wisely halts when he hears the Lucario.) Yes, is there a problem, citizen?
"Wonder if Lexie's gonna be free after his shift today..."

Hydro Station
Wednesday and Lucian
Like before, the artifact disappeared, causing an earthquake back at the Main Caverns, lowering the lava. This time, Lucian didn't panic though he still gripped Wednesday.
"S-So far... So good... Let's leave and go deeper into the planet." he said.
Lucian looked around for an exit but didn't find any door. The only thing he found was the entrance of another pipe.
"L-Looks like we have to... go through another pipeline again." Lucian said, gulping. It wasn't that much the ride that made him nervous but he didn't know where it would lead to.
" I-I'll take the scary role and go in front this time. Y-You just hold on to me tight. Alright?" Lucian said to Wednesday, trying to hide his anxiety.
Rescue team
While Clyde was inspecting the suspect ball and before Aaron could answer Henry and June, and warn the Shuppet, Scipion suddenly screamed. Everyone (save Clyde) turned towards him, expecting the worst.
"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME YOU LITTLE SHIT??? I DON'T HAVE A TRIBUTE FOR THE BATTLE ROYALE!! EVEN FUCKING DAVE HAS ONE AND HE JUST CAME BACK!! AND ZANREO HAS 4 PODIUM FINISHERS???? WHAT THE FUCK???!!!" Scipion furiously shrieked, glancing at his HGS device as he learned about his tributes dying. He proceeded to angrily slash at the wall, screaming various insults.
"... Really?" Aaron sarcastically asked, clearly not amused.
"This is hardly the time or the place... At least Oscar and Lucian are not witnessing this." James added, facepalming . Even Ori frowned at his nominator's rant in the middle of something important.
"Anywho... Where were we? Oh yes. Aaron what could possibly be wrong with this artifact?" James asked, going back on the main events.
"Well..."

Kirby
Hydro Station
After escaping the monsters, Kirby and friends are informed of Lucian and Wednesday's locations somewhere in the station. Then the Autracks and Autoads ambush them; however Ribbon and Bandana Dee are able to make short work of them.
Eventually they follow the others into a statue holding a ball, however Aaron thinks something is wrong with it.
"Uuh..."
And then Scipion screamed about the Battle Royale, catching Mr. Star's attention.
"Wow. Anyway, is something wrong? Doesn't look like it..."

Light and Hope
Dave's Home Base
Hans returns to the dining hall to eat what's left of his breakfast.
Soon enough, everyone is ready for the test.
"Yes, let's be going then. The kids are looking as if they're about to explode from the excitement," Dave says with slight amusement. Then again, that is true. "Lead the way, my old friend."
With a nod, Hans lead the group outside the main building, and into what appears to be a large, but empty warehouse.
"This is the place? But there's nothing here!" Lizzie says, disappointment evident on her face.
"Now, now. You must know that there can be more to something.... than meets the eye," Hans replies, a proud glint in his eyes. He shows everyone, with emphasis on 6k1, what appears to be an inactive tablet.
"This building's relatively new, you see. Its workings are a result of research, both magic and technology, across multiple worlds. Chief among them are the Book of Prophecies, the Data Worlds, the Room of Requirement, the Sheikah Shrines that the Hero of the Wild encountered, the TARDIS, and more. This building's interior, with this tablet as the controls, can change to whatever area you wish it to be. For instance," he activates the tablet, and taps some buttons, "I can make us seem to be in New Home."
True to his word, the landcape transforms into a facsimile of Asgore's home. He presses more buttons. "Or on the back of the Fell Dragon, Grima."
The landscape changes again. The gigantic dragon roars, frightening the children, but more button presses, and the landscape turns again, into a familiar wasteland, the wind blowing heavily on them. "Or even into this future wasteland that Princess Twilight, Spike and Starlight saw."
One more sequence of button presses, and the area turns back into the warehouse. "But the great thing is: not once did we ever leave the warehouse. That's the magic of this building. It can become bigger on the inside, or you can make it smaller. All with this.
"But, of course, we're here to do some exercise, and that can be arranged with this tablet as well. For instance, I can summon artificial facsimiles of Heartless."
More button presses, and indeed several Shadows and Soldiers appear, but more presses causes them to disappear, only to be replaced by some wyvern riders, with the Mad King of Plegia, Gangrel, leading them. "I can also summon facsimiles of human warriors, and others." More button presses, and the Plegian soldiers vanish, replaced by a familiar old enemy, one who had caused 6k1 and her company in particular much grief before he was defeated for good. "I can even replicate our vile old 'friend' here, and we can all beat him to a pulp if we want to. In short, anything goes."
One final sequence, and the villain disappears. "Now, of course, we're not so dumb as to make them too powerful. You can use the tablet to control the power of the enemies you wish to face, as well. And there's something else to keep in mind: the wonders of this tablet will only work in this warehouse. Outside of it, it's a useless piece of hardware."
With the demonstration complete, Hans hands over the tablet to 6k1. "Would you like to test it, milady?"
SR388
The four make note of Scipion's explanations before they are teleported to SR388. But upon arrival, they are beseeched by Larva Metroids.
"C'mon, we gotta go!" Robin declares, and the four immediately make a dash for it, striking their foes with sword strikes and/or magic to distract them, and make their way to the Hydro Station.
Once there, they help in repelling the Autoads and Autracks that appear, progressing further into the station. Soon enough, they encounter what appears to be an orb. But Aaron feels that something is wrong, and Robin is more than inclined to agree.
"I must say that I agree with him. Unknown artifacts like this can be a double edged sword. Especially if it's a creation of evil intentions. Things like a ring, a necklace, or even a stash of 'ordinary' coins can turn out to contain a terrible curse or power of evil."
Nidokings and Nidoqueens
Eye-Sicle's Lair
So, uh, now what? (Jared asks the others after both the Loopies are revived and sent back to their respective universes.)
(Everyone just seems anxious about the mission.)
Hey, we can't just sit here doing nothing, right? (Joaquin asks.) What's something we can do?
(Miss Ball looks at the tribute summoning chamber and a light bulb goes off in her head.) Hey, what if WE took part in some seasons? None of us besides Kay and a couple of her friends have.
Us? In the Arena? (Cleo asks in surprise.)
Uh, if that's what you guys want to do, then have fun. I'll just stay here. (Jared says.)
I mean, maybe it'd be alright to try it out at least once. (Wanda says.) As long as you guys remember to revive us afterward if we don't make it to the end.
Don't worry about a thing, Wanda, we will revive you all if you decide to participate in a season. (Tay says.)
SR388
(Eye-Sicle fumes as well as he checks in with the current season and sees that it's the Battle Royale and he has nobody to show for it, but he feels that he has bigger things to worry about right now (like getting off this planet alive) and doesn't react as strongly as Scipion does.)
Hey, yeah, I mean, that's why Joaquin and his friends are the way they are now, ain't it? (June says.)
Indeed... (Stanford nods.)
Will do... (Wednesday says nervously as they approach the pipe.)
"Wonder if Lexie's gonna be free after his shift today..."
Porky Minch
Water Station
Lucian and Wednesday
Lucian took a long deep breath and jumped inside the pipe after Wednesday was ready. This time, asides from the sharp turns, it looked like a normal fast water slide.
"WOWOWOWOWOWOOOOW!!" Lucian still screamed like a kid, excited and scared at the same time.
Soon enough, the two Pokémons exited the pipeline and were harmlessly sent flying inside the lake right under the metallic bridge that linked the Hydro Station with the entrance of the cavern housing it. Lucian got on the ground and panted a bit before checking his heart. It was bumping a lot from the adrenaline, but his pills still worked. Lucian helped Wednesday getting up before shaking his fur.
"A-Alright... Let's not waste time. I don't know how long it will be until the evil Stanford regain control of your bracer." he said, after making sure no aliens and especially no Metroids were around.
Back in the main caverns, the lava had lowered more, revealing a passageway leading to another lava lake as well as a tunnel leading to a third Chozo structure.
Rescue Team
"IS SOMETHING WRONG? IS SOMETHING WRONG??? IT'S WRONG THAT YOU LITTLE SHITTY CUBE HAVE 3! FUCKING! PODIUM FINISHERS WHILE I HAVE NONE!!! NOTHING!!! NADA!!!!!" Scipion shrieked at Mr. Star.
"You know, you could follow Eye-Sicle's example and stay calm about it. He does not have any podium finishers too and yet he is perfectly fine, like a true gentleman." James said to Eye-Sicle.
"I WOULD RATHER LEAVE THE GAMES THAN BECOMING FAT LIKE THE BEAR!" Scipion roared.
"This has nothing to do with...! Ugh, why am I bothering?" James sighed, facepalming.
"True. But it does not seem that this artifact is cursed..." Clyde answered Robin, June, and Stanford, knowing a thing or two about cursed things.
"That's because that's not even a Chozo artifact! That's an alien! Move out the way!" Aaron warned.
Before Clyde could do anything, the false artifact shook violently before a green shell curled into a ball (similarly to Sonic) and hit him. Clyde groaned as he was sent flying against a wall.
"Clyde!" Aaron shouted as he, James, and Ori checked out the young Shuppet. Scipion immediately stopped his ranting and got serious.
"I am alright..." Clyde grunted, shaking his head.
The attacker then revealed itself, revealing a red alien.
◊ The creature snarled and aggressively raised its claws at the group.
Bow's Tracker Pad then said this.
A territorial organism. Arachnus's armored hide is very resilient and requires at least a high voltage discharge to harm it. Attacking with anything less will only agitate the creature. When enraged, it will roll into a ball and attempt to ram its aggressor. Bombs might be able to propel it in this state. Its saliva has flammable properties and its claws can vibrate at high frequencies to launch sonic waves.
"Aw crap... And the 2 crybabies aren't here. We took the wrong route." Scipion growled. He tried to swap at Arachnus with Night Claw. But not only the creature wasn't hurt, but it also defended itself with sonic waves by waving its claws. Scipion growled and retreated.
Arachnus then roared and fired various fireballs able to leave flaming spots on the ground at the team from its mouth. It had 3 types: red, which were normal, greens, that could bounce around, and purple that were moving horizontally and bouncing on the walls.
"You've heard the scanner. We have to electrocute that thing. When it'll be angry enough to roll into a ball, we launch a bomb at it, or something that's just as powerful. If it's going fast in this state, we might as well let it crash outside. That would be quicker than trying to kill it." Aaron said.
"An excellent plan. Ori and I will help to distract that disgusting monster." James said.
"Hmph. A good old Night Daze will be enough to send that thing packing away in the wall. Just in case, I'll need backup to make sure." Scipion hissed.
"I can help to enrage that Arachnus thing. I have Thunder Punch." Aaron said.
"I also have some Electric attacks... They might not be much, but I am certain they could help." Clyde said.
"Alright. Don't overdo yourself Clyde. That thing got you good." Aaron warned, noticing the Shuppet breathing heavily from the initial attack.
"It's better than I am injured than we risk Oscar or Lucian getting away by themselves. I am already dead after all, and asides from my companions and my mistress, I have nothing else to lose. Them, on the other hand..." Clyde said.
With that said, the team got to work. James, Scipion, and Ori fired projectiles at Arachnus to distract it while Aaron tried to punch the creature. Clyde also tried to aim a Charge Beam at it.
Coupled with fireballs, Arachnus also sent several sonic waves at the group with its claws. It also flew in the air and curled back into a ball before attempting to crush the heroes.

The Arena
Night 4
Recent events still ring in Noelle's head. She didn't ask to be dragged out here, and she didn't ask to become a villain either... all because of some silly dart game.
"What would Kris do... What would Kris do... What would Kris do..." she mutters to herself.
She sighs and goes off to find Classic Loopy, and she bumps into Johnny Joestar on the way.
"I need a monster to clobber that there Loopy! It's his fault for putting that suggestion to organize a villain team on that dartboard!"
Whether or not he obeys her, Noelle just hopes that that wolf would learn his lesson.
Meanwhile, Data Frisk and Asriel were preparing to go to bed when what seems to be the Delta Warrior, but more feminine, challenges them to a fight. Asriel does a double take.
"Little Baby Kris?! Is that you?"
Frisk hangs back while Asriel activates his Hyperdeath form again. As he and the other Kris battle, she calmly explains that she's only dressing up as that Kris because she heard of the hype from their world. Asriel bursts into tears as the recalls their death and struggles to move around because of the group tribute barrier. He then surrenders the match and turns back to normal, telling the other Kris to leave him alone.
Day 5 and Arena Event
The next day, Noelle comes across a giant tank and gags at the body of Data Princess Shroob crushed underneath. She struggles to pull the corpse out, and then cradles it in her arms and throws it into the sea.
"Eugh... Hope that's the last time I ever touch that..."
Meanwhile, Frisk suggests to Asriel that they should perform another kabuki play, which he agrees to. They find Typhlosion again and ask for an audition, but Frisk notices that it's acting gentler than usual.
"What's the matter?" asks Asriel. "Is Japanese theater becoming your passion?"
"You've gone soft," Frisk says bluntly.
The Typhlosion looks at its paws, then grunts and looks away from them, blushing in embarrassment.
"It's okay," Frisk continues, "there's nothing wrong with a tough-looking Pokémon like you liking this hobby."
"Yeah!" says Asriel.
The Typhlosion looks at them again and smiles, but before it could let them audition, a ghostly lumberjack suddenly goes on a rampage. Asriel transforms again and drives him off with his Star Blazing, then carries Frisk away, while Noelle screams and runs away while covering her ears.
Night 5
Frisk and Asriel still can't get a good night's sleep. They find themselves trapped in a mini-version of the Games by Loren Cookie, and they're forced to fight Russell, Vallis, and the same Kris they encountered the other night.
"I-I'm so sorry..." Asriel gulps. "But I guess there's no choice but t-to..."
The other Kris suggests that they team up to help them escape.
"I don't like doing this either," says Frisk, "but we'll stick to your plan."
And so they all fight their enemies, but Hyperdeath!Asriel gets fed up with Loren watching them suffer and burns Loren to a crisp while the other Kris slices her into cookie bits. She then tells him and Frisk to get out right away, and he flies Frisk out of the mini-Arena as ordered.
Meanwhile, Noelle goes to a nearby village to trade for some healing items, but she sighs when the villagers tell her that they're only accepting emeralds.
"I only have Dark Dollars with me..."
Feast
Frisk, Asriel, and Noelle all gather at the same dining table at the Feast, all visibly tired from their battles.
"I wanna go home already..." says Asriel.
"We're almost there," says Frisk. "Good thing our favorite pie's on the menu."
The young goat sniffles. "You're making me miss Mom and Dad again..."
He looks at Noelle struggling to eat and asks if she's alright, but before she can answer, Luis suddenly breaks in and summons tons of explosives from Maxwell's Notebook. Frisk and Asriel hug each other while Noelle screams one last time as the blast engulfs the entire Cornucopia.
New Home
Frisk shakes their head at Data Asriel's kill, for it's shared between them even if they didn't do the killing since they were a group tribute. They get up and look at Asriel just enjoying the parade, but they tilt their head at the "Boss Monster" next to him.
Why do they look familiar? they wonder, but they shrug and continue looking for their other friends.
The parade then showcases Hotland's puzzles and Mettaton's shows on glamorous floats. The real Mettaton EX and Mew Mew are on a much bigger one, and they both host a mini-concert while their backup dancers spew fire and lava for special effects. Several Tsunderplanes also zip high above them to write "HAPPY 6TH ANNIVERSARY!" with their smoke.
SR388, Hydro Station —> Chozo Statue Room
The team finishes off the remaining bots with no sweat and follow Aaron to the Statue Room, but Glimmer and Bow groan at Scipion and Eye-Sicle missing out on the Battle Royale while Pearl facepalms.
"Now's not the time for that!"
"Lucian and Wednesday are still in danger!"
"We need to focus on that orb!"
"But wait..." Garnet holds out her hand, "Robin might be right about it. I see two possible outcomes if Clyde fiddles with it: either it'll open up a secret pathway... or activate a trap."
"Can't wait to see what happens either way!" says Amethyst.
But Garnet was right about the orb being a trap because it's actually an Arachnus. Garnet generates electricity with her fists and punches it while Bow shoots another bomb arrow at it. Amethyst Spin Dashes out of the way of the fireballs and prepares bowl it away while Glimmer makes teleport jumps and fires an electric spell at it. Pearl tries to deflect the sonic waves with her spear.
Dave's Home Base, Dining Hall —> Warehouse
6k1 and her assistants follow Hans to the warehouse and watch in awe as he tinkers the simulation with the tablet. 6k1 first feels a wave of nostalgia as she's "warped" to her dad's home, then tells everyone to hold on tight as they ride on "Grima", and thinks of Starlight when they "arrive" at the Equestrian Wastelands.
I better call her, too, when I go home...
Ally then prepares to fire lasers at the summoned Mooks but quickly retracts them when they vanish. She momentarily freezes when a certain enemy of hers is recreated in all his terror and might. 6k1, Dupe, and Mimi all hug her, but she gently pushes them away.
It is unnecessary to worry about Keith Asterize aka Timewrecker, for I have since moved on from his destruction of me. However, this digital recreation of him is irrelevant to my testing, so we shall simulate other battles and training scenarios instead.
"Yeah..." says 6k1, "I've moved on from him, too, but I'd rather not relive that fight, as cathartic as it was..."
"Agreed..." says Mimi, while Dupe nods in agreement.
"Anyway, seems that the season passed while you were demonstrating this room, Hans, so excuse me while I nominate my Podium Finishers..."
6k1 receives the report and sighs at her family's performances.
"Mom's never gonna make it to the podium at this rate..."
And out of her three contenders for the Battle Royale, only Splodyhead isn't data cloned.
Power's Home
"Oh Celestia, that was one rollercoaster of a season..."
Power still hasn't processed what happened to the Underground and Deltaverse tributes, but she's beaming from Goku Black getting 3rd. She promptly calls Ichi to congratulate him for it.

(Eye-Sicle is about to shout at Scipion when Scipion calls him fat when the "orb" jumps out and starts attacking everybody.)
(June tries to evade the monster along with everyone else, but she trips as she does so, and it runs directly over her foot.)
ZOR-!!! (She shrieks, doubling up in pain and gripping her foot.)
June!! (Stanford cries. Shelley immediately drops what she's doing and runs over to June, motioning for Tenn and Henry to keep fighting.)
(Tenn uses Air Slash and then frantically points at Henry's fist and then at Arachnus.)
My hand? Oh! Yes! How could I forget!! (Henry's fist starts crackling with electricity and he starts bringing it down toward Arachnus once it stops rolling.)
You know, those are actually starting to get a little more fun. (Wednesday remarks after they exit this set of pipes.)
(The group from the other Stanford's lair is still trying to catch back up with Knox.)
I don't mean to be rude but, like, what an idiot. There's all these death monsters in here and he just charged in here without us? (Bamboozy remarks.) I mean, those things scared ME, and I'm friggin' twenty-five feet tall!
If we get in there and those monsters have turned ol' wolf-y boy into a craisin, I dunno if I'll have much sympathy for him. (Harry muses.)
Please settle down, guys, he's gotta be in here somewhere... (Stasia says.)

Chara ignored Frisk being doubtful of them completely and kept looking at the parade with Asriel.
"Huh. Mew Mew and Mettaton actually showed up. I cannot say I am not surprised. I wonder why there are no floats of Alphys, though..." they said.
SR388
Water Station
"A feet? You're complaining because of your feet?" Scipion snarled at June. He was about to mock her when Arachnus clawed at his mane, cutting a bit of hair. The Zoroark shrieked angrily and attempted to bite it, but the creature evaded the attack.
"Okay, sorry, forget what I said..." he grunted at her, recognizing how petty he was.
Eventually, with everyone combined attacks, especially electrical ones, Arachnus got furious enough and roared before retreating into its shell for good. Invincible, it attempted to ram into the group when Scipion roared too before unleashing a powerful Night Daze at it.
While it wasn't hurt, Arachnus accidentally launched itself right into a wall and left a huge impact on it, revealing electrical spikes underneath the bricks. However, the attack caused the shell to go faster, making it more difficult to dodge, especially since the enraged creature was blindly rolling at everyone, proving itself to be very unpredictable.
"Hmmm... We need a strong explosion to send Arachnus fly right into those spikes." James grunted, floating around and climbing into walls.
Ori looked at Link, waved at him and pointed at Arachnus, remembering the Hylian was carrying actual bombs with him.
Main Caverns
Unknown to Dark Stanford's goons, the Gamma Metroid that chased after the heroes noticed them. Instead of attacking, it studied them before they were out of sight. It had also spotted Lucian and Wednesday earlier.
It was now aware that there were 3 distinct groups of strangers here that seemed much more intelligent and threatening than most of SR388 's species. Not only that, but the intruders seemed to get closer and closer to the Metroid Queen's resting place.
The Gamma hissed at it went towards the lava lake before plunging inside, unharmed. It flew as fast as it could to reach for its siblings in the deeper section of the planet.
The hive had to be protected at any cost.
Main Caverns->Industrial Complex
"Y-Yeah... Though that's mostly because you're with me. I know you're also someone very anxious but... it's oddly nice being in such a scary place with someone that's a bit like you and can understand your fears. I just hoped that we had someone like Aaron, June, or Colby to protect and reassure us..." Lucian said to Wednesday.
As the duo progressed deeper, the green rocks became gray. Eventually, they reached a huge cavern housing a large structure.
There were Tsumuris slowly moving around here as well as new creatures: Gravitts that were rather cowardly and hid inside the ground as soon as someone approached, Pincher Flies and Nests of Yumees.
As the duo was inspecting the building's exterior, Lucian accidentally walked on some sand. The sand suddenly collapsed under his weight and the poor Lycanroc freaked out as he thought he was going to fall somewhere dangerous.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaah...? U-Uh?"
Lucian realized he had just safely landed in a room inside the building. He sighed in relief and laughed nervously, knowing how ridiculous he must have looked.
"I-I'm fine!! Come down here, it's safe!" he called out to Wednesday. Once the Thievul joined him, the bracer said this:
This factory assembles worker drones which are tasked with supplying SR388's facilities with replacement parts that keep them running autonomously. Though time has left its mark, the machines have kept it intact. Some combat drones are also constructed here. Robotic workers are malfunctioning and show signs of aggression.
Lucian blinked and read again the report.
"This place is a factory??? A robotic factory??? OH MY GOD!!!" he shouted, waving his tail with excitement.
He then noticed a conveyor belt still working on his side as well, leading somewhere deeper into the complex. There was also a bigger Autoad near it. Unlike normal ones, it was deactivated.
"W-Wait..."
Lucian approached the Autoad and pressed a button on its front. Its shell opened up, revealing a control panel inside, as well as 2 seats.
Lucian's eyes widened in shock and amazement. He completely geeked out.
"We... We c-could use it... We could p-pilot that Chozo robot... Oh. My God. Oh my god!! Oh my freaking god!!! THIS IS AWESOME!!!" he screamed in joy with stars in his eyes, almost to the point of hyperventilating. His fear completely disappeared, replaced by childlike excitement as he went inside the robot.
"Come on! Get in!!" he exclaimed at Wednesday with a huge grin.

Bale had sent Daffy, clad in his Zoot Suit, to the arena hoping to see some action. Along the way he sent an updated copy of Amethyst to the arena as well.
Bale: Hopefully this goes better than last time.
MG: Yeah, for now I've been wondering if we'll ever get another Hall of Famer or Mass Murderer aside from Sincline.
Bale: Maybe not, I'm not too overtly concerned by this point about that.
MD: Hey guys, have you wondered how Diny and Bale's other Pokemon are doing?
Bale: Somewhat, I bet he's having the time of his life right now.
Bale then got the notification of Daffy's death and resurrected him in his base.
Daffy: Phooey! Guess winning in these competitions is not my thing at all, from now on I'll be background comedy relief.
The duck then walked away with a musical triangle and started playing it while doing his signature "woohoo" laugh.
MG: Let's see... We got Prince Sincline as our Battle Royale tribute... Not bad at all.
Bale: Especially because he's also a Mass Murderer.
MD: Silicon is great, yeah!
Bale: It's Sincline, MD.
MD: Does that mean this gun I've been using to glue macaroni all day is not a Sincline gun?
MG: Silicon gun, S-I-L-I-C-O-N G-U-N, get it right already.
MD: Alright, but I'll still use it.
MG: Right no one's telling you otherwise except keep it far from flammable objects or we could all die incinerated in a chain event, anyways how about we visit Diny and your Pokemon, Bale, then we contact 6K1 to check up if she's databasing stuff.
Bale: Yeah, that'll be later. How about we ready up for a few trips?
MG: Ye-heah, let's go.
Villains Out Exploring
Pythor and Vexus had already left the school and were travelling for days in search of these new villainous factions in order to prevent possible future conflicts. The two bore witness to the Arena shenanigans from afar, chuckling in amusement at the many deaths and suffering in it. They had reached a stop at a forest near the Arena, installing an instant advanced camp in it to wait out the day.
Pythor: You know, I really needed this outside trip. I was getting bored of being indoors all day long.
Vexus: Makes no difference to me.
Pythor: Well, that's because you don't ever need to breathe fresh air.
Vexus: True, I am far superior to the likes of organics thanks to not needing that insignificant substance to live. It's too bad there's no way for me to convert you organics into robots, that'll help you leave those ugly fleshsacks behind.
Pythor: As if your weakness to mere water and tendency to be beaten by magnets didn't make you robots inferior.
She just frowned at him as she checked around the area for possible danger. Meanwhile Pythor began to talk to Zetsu, who contacted him from afar.
Pythor: What do you want now?
Zetsu: To see if you two hadn't wasted my time arguing between yourselves like children. Quality control is crucial to successful missions.
Pythor: We are currently just resting in the middle of nowhere. So far the devices you gave us to explore the place have detected no anomalies besides us three.
Zetsu: Other threats will come, it's only a matter of time when they do.
Pythor: Sure, whatever you say, could you hang up I got some rats to eat for the day.
He then got a disgusted glance from Vexus.
Pythor: What? It's natural for snakes, rats are rich in cholesterol which helps our stamina.
He then saw Zetsu hanging up the call and went on with his meal mumbling some words to himself.
Pythor: This is a goose chase, a big wild goose chase.

Soon the orb reveals itself to be an Arachnus. "A monster!" said Ribbon. The others try to attack and distract it, including Ribbon and Mr. Star, who fire their respective projectiles at it.
Eventually, electrical spikes are revealed underneath a wall. James informs the others on how to defeat the creature.
"But who could make an explosion like that?"
Ori then gestures at Link. Kirby looks at the Hylian as well.

"Ah yes, it's Battle Royale time, isn't it?"
Hans proceeds to nominate the data clone of the Flame Emperor again, just to be safe. For a second, he tilts his head, but then remembers something.
"Oh yeah, that's a different Robin and Lucina.... Anyway, shall we proceed?"
SR388, Hydro Station
It turns out Robin's concern is half-right: the "aritfact" is not what it appears to be. But the problem is it's another alien.
The Grandmaster is one of those who has electric attacks, by virtue of his signature Thoron and Levin Sword. But the attacks seem to have agitated Arachnus even further.
Ori waves at Link while pointing at the alien, and Zelda overhears James' words.
Link! Use the Sheikah Slate's Remote Bomb!" she shouts to him.
"I'm on it!" the Hero of the Wild replies, quickly summoning as many Remote Bombs as he can into a specific area.
"We'll need to lure it in!" Lucina notes.
"When Arachnus rolls into that spot, blow the bombs up!"
Robin quickly fires another Thoron spell, hoping to lure Arachnus into the Remote Bombs, while Link readies the Sheikah Slate for detonation.
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."

(Everyone stands back, hoping Link and Robin's gambit works.)
(Shelley looks over June's foot.) June, let me see...
(Still quietly whimpering in pain, June winces as she allows Shelley to look. Shelley's star shaped eyes shrink upon seeing the damage to June's foot.) O-Oh no, does anybody here know Aqua Ring? Or have one of those cookies?
(Once Lucian confirms that he's safe, Wednesday drops down into the same room, clumsily landing on his butt.) Ow... (Once he regains his senses, he stares in awe at the room ahead of them.)
(Lucian completely nerds out at seeing so many cool robots and invites Wendesday to climb into one of the Autoads with him. Although he's a bit nervous (especially given the karting incident yesterday), his friend is so happy that Wednesday decides to put aside his concern about riding another vehicle and climbs on in.)
How does one of these guys work? (He asks as he clambers in.)
"Wonder if Lexie's gonna be free after his shift today..."

With Robin's spell redirecting the rampaging ball into Link's bombs, Arachnus ended up propelling itself into the electrical spikes.
Aaron and James cringed and looked away when the creature shrieked in agony, waving its head and claws and throwing fireballs and sonic waves wildly. A mini explosion happened and it's now frying corpse was repelled from the spikes and fell on the floor.
Ori wasn't very impressed, being very calm despite being so young though they couldn't help but feel sad at Arachnus's violent death. Clyde, exhausted despite throwing so few attacks, was just relieved that the threat was over and Scipion... was Scipion.
"TAKE THAT SUCKER!!! That'll teach you, you asshole!" Scipion cackled, kicking the corpse face, much to Aaron and James's disgust.
Ori then turned towards June, hearing her whimpers. They put their hand on her wound as a green light emerged from their little hand. Using Regenerate, they healed the wound.
"Nice job, all of you. Anyway... Aaron, are the 2 idiots still there?"
"No... They already left... I don't know why, but they are getting deeper into the planet." Aaron sighed.
"Deeper?? But there was a lake of lava down there! How the fuck did they went deeper?? And why???"
"It must be about Oscar's bracer. Perhaps there is something designed by those Chozo that might save him from being... reduced to nothing." James said.
"I believe so as well. Besides, I felt an earthquake coming from the Main Caverns as we fought Arachnus... Perhaps Oscar and Lucian were here to activate something that reduced the lava, hence why they can progress deeper into SR388" Clyde theorized.
"Which means that our little friends are more capable than they seem." James said with a smile, trying to cheer up Aaron who felt frustrated upon missing Lucian and Wednesday despite them being close for a moment.
"However, I do recall that lady Garnet said that this... other Stanford sent some minions after Lucian and Oscar. Aaron, can you feel them somewhere?"
Aaron's eyes shined in blue and he focused his aura for several minutes.
"...No. I don't feel them either. I also don't feel any Metroids in the area... It's just us, the robots inside the station and the aliens outside." he sighed.
"Then let's get the hell out of this place. Everyone move your asses." Scipion grunted.
Industrial Complex
"I'm so excited! I-I've never piloted a robot before! This is a dream coming true!" Lucian said, laughing. That was the happiest he felt ever since he tried to save Wednesday.
"Let's see... I can control the Autoad's legs with these 2 joysticks..." Lucian said before looking at the controls in front of Wednesday.
"It looks like it can shoot some kind of missiles for offensive moves... That must be why you have a joystick too. But its reserves are empty so we can't use it right now. You can also control a small pincer which is at the bottom of the robot, but I don't know how that will be useful." Lucian explained. He took several breathes to calm himself, hoping this wouldn't be as nerve-wrecking as the kart he an his friend piloted yesterday.
"Alright... I'm moving. Let's go Skippy!" Lucian warned, gulping. He grabbed the 2 joysticks and started to move them... only for the Autoad to do a sudden big jump.
Lucian screamed, gripping the controls for dear life. Fortunately, nothing too bad happened and the Autoad simply landed on the floor with its leg in the air. The Lycanroc chuckled nervously and tried to catch his breath as he and Wednesday were upside down.
"A-Alright... No panic... We're okay, we're okay. I-I got this... I-I just have to learn how to move." he stammered, getting the robot back to normal.
Lucian jumped in the room several times, adjusting to the control. Once he felt ready, he jumped on the conveyor belt, taking them deep into the factory.
"Oh, if you're wondering who's Skippy... That's the name of the robot. I just thought it would suit it well." he chuckled.
Surprisingly, nothing too dangerous happened for a moment. The conveyor belt was going smoothly through several rooms, small or big. There were Autoads and Autracks, alongside new robots patrolling the area: Automs that were indestructible and could shoot fire, Shirks, that could only ram at people, but were incredibly sturdy, and TPOs, whose big blocks relentlessly chased intruders after the main bar was destroyed.
All of them mistook the big Autoad the duo was piloting for one of their own and they kept patrolling the area, not attacking them much to Lucian's relief and joy. He looked at them and the background with awe, his head running with new designs for future inventions.
And even though Aaron wasn't here, he was incredibly happy at Wednesday being brave enough to ride the giant Autoad with him.
The first trouble the duo encountered was not enemies this time. At one point, Lucian spotted several obstacles ahead of them.
Lasers, saws, and crushing machines were waiting for the duo. They were still working, but with a little bit of focus, "Skippy" could go past them if the Autoad timed its jumps precisely as they weren't always active. If they failed, however, that would be instant death.
"O-Oscar? C-Can you tell me when I should hop forward to avoid those traps?" Lucian asked Wednesday, swallowing nervously.

Oh, thank you, Ori! (June says in relief, hugging the small creature. She wiggles her newly-healed foot.) Gosh, that was scary. I was scared I wasn't gonna be able t' use this foot again.
Your healing move is incredible. (Shelley adds.) I wish I knew a move like that.
Please be more careful, June. That could have ended up far worse. (Stanford says.)
Oh, no prob, Stan! I mean, who'd wanna get their foot almost broken again anyway? (June says.)
(June hears Clyde and James's deductions as everyone gets up to move on.) Ooh, if the Chozo guys have something that could stop Wednesday from gettin' hurt, maybe we should see if we can help 'em get to it. (She says.)
(Wednesday screams as the Autoad leaps ahead as well, but soon enough Lucian has figured everything out and they're well on their way.) I think it does. (Wednesday says, looking outside the window and down at the ground.)
(He's glad when the monsters and robots ignore them for once, but then they run into an area full of lasers, saws, and the like that would turn the Autoad (and its occupants) into mincemeat if they aren't careful.)
U-U-Uh, sure... (Wednesday says, equally as nervous and not wanting either of them to get cut to a thousand pieces. Once he thinks he sees a window, he shouts:) Go now!

The final section of the parade arrives, first with a procession of the monsters recounting Asriel and Chara's backstory, with accompanying floats.
"Well... even if Mom and Dad banned you, they didn't forget you..."
A bigger float featuring Asgore's battle then rolls in, then it suddenly changes to Photoshop Flowey's fight. Lights rapidly flash from the models of the six souls that helped Frisk defeat him.
"Th-This takes me back to my tantrum at the party..."
There's a small interlude after that, then a few smaller floats depict Frisk helping Alphys with her date with Undyne, and then traversing the True Lab and helping Alphys reconcile with the Amalgamates. And finally, the biggest and most detailed float of all appears, portraying Asriel's final battle with Frisk in all its glory.
SR388, Hydro Station (Statue Room)
Pearl deflects most of the sonic waves, but gets knocked down by one of them. Luckily, she wasn't hurt so much, so she rights herself and regroups with the team. They step aside to let Link and Zelda deal the final blow, and Garnet enlarges her gauntlets to form a makeshift shield when the Arachnus explodes and scatters the spikes.
"Would've shot another bomb arrow myself," says Bow, "but I'm saving them for the tougher enemies!"
"But is everyone alright?" asks Garnet.
Pearl sees Ori healing June and approaches her once she's sure it's safe.
"I would've given you a Cookie Cat, but I didn't bring a lot because they were discontinued in favor of Lion Lickers."
"Bleh," says Amethyst, "those cheapo ice cream packs barely look like lions!"
"But anyway," says Glimmer, "let's go!"
Dave's Home Base, Warehouse
Affirmative, let us now proceed to the testing phase, says Ally.
"Alright!"
6k1 tinkers with the tablet and changes the room to a dojo filled with punching bags, boards, and blocks of various sizes and materials along with some fitness machines that wirelessly calculate Ally's parameters and specs. Dupe and Mimi sit next to 6k1 and watch the training.
"First, we shall test your punching skills with several trials. We'll determine your speed, your strength, your range, and the maximum size you can enlarge your gauntlets."
Ally retracts her hands and replaces them with big metal boxing gloves. A digital clock is then lowered from the ceiling and a row of punching bags of the same material moves towards her.
"So for this trial, you've got 60 seconds to punch out as many bags as you can! Ready...?"
Ally moves into her fighting stance.
"GO!!!"
Rancis may look like a party on the outside, but he's all business on the inside. He has bright eyes and even brighter ideas...
"I'm honestly surprised someone like him is a gamer, let alone a Deltarune fan. Maybe he doesn't hate all mortal things."

Chara's calm expression got replaced by a nostalgic one when floats depicting their backstory with Asriel showed up. They wordlessly watched them disappearing into the distance and only their neutral mouth was visible for a moment, their hair's shadow hiding their eyes.
"Do not concern yourself with that. That's in the past now." they reassured Asriel when the float showing Photoshop Flowey showed up.
They watched the final floats, regaining their calm expression.
"Right, I remember that fight... To think that the cocky, "edgy" Boss Monster that kept gloating and acting like a god-like villain Frisk faced and you are actually one and the same. I find it a bit amusing." Chara giggled, rubbing Asriel's head again in affection.
SR388
Water Station
"If I were you, I wouldn't overhype it. Ori's healing ability is powerful but very limited because it drains their mana. We have to save weapons and healing items and capacities as much as possible." Scipion said to Shelley. Ori didn't mind June's hug and happily chirped.
Once everyone was ready, the team left behind the Water Station and headed back to the Main Caves. Like Clyde theorized, the lava lake went down, allowing them to progress further.
Industrial Complex
Following Wednesday's instructions, Lucian did his best to forget his nervousness and focused, making one with the robot.
"Skippy" jumped each time Wednesday shouted, Lucian fully trusting him. Every time, the Thievul's instincts proved to be correct and the 2 friends went through the obstacles safe and sound.
"Oof... We did it..." Lucian said to Wednesday, sighing. Looking at how nervous he the Thievul was, the Lycanroc gave him a big hug and felt comfortable enough to lick him on the cheeks, something he only did to Aaron.
"Gosh, do you imagine if Aaron and June saw us together? They would be crazy." he chuckled.
Eventually, the conveyor belt ended and Lucian piloted "Skippy" through the Complex, exploring it without worrying about mechanical enemies for once. There were some hazards like spikes, some crushers, and saws here and there, but it was much easier to dodge them than on the conveyor belt.
After some time, the duo came across a strange door, likely the place where the third Chozo key was contained. However, it was blocked by some kind of big green crystal. Wednesday's bracer scanned it and indicated this:
Cordite crystals are one of the most durable, naturally forming crystals in the galaxy. Though they are not as hard as diamonds, this makes them a more malleable resource. The Chozo found various practical uses for Cordite in constructing machinery or producing works of art.
Lucian tried to break the Cordite crystal by summoning a Rock Blast. But the green rock barely moved. He quickly figured out that it was far too sturdy to be destroyed even by his moves.
"I'm sure there is a way to destroy that crystal but... how?" he muttered.
Something that the Lycanroc didn't notice, yet that Wednesday could smell would be Super Missiles, that would be able to unlock the way. The mighty weapons were behind a nearby wall that looked like a normal one, yet that could be broken simply by colliding "Skippy" into it.

(Not used to such a gesture, Wednesday is startled and blushes wildly (though it's hidden by his fur) when Lucian licks his cheek.)
Y-Yeah, I bet they would. (Wednesday agrees.) I don't think I ever dreamed this is what I'd be doing one day, either.
(Once they hit the roadblock in front of the next door, Wednesday looks around, but soon enough he detects a very unusual smell coming from behind a weak-looking wall. There's definitely something back there, but it's nothing like he's ever smelled before and it doesn't smell like any of the monsters or robots they've met.)
Lucian, I think there's something behind that wall. Think we can knock it down and see what's there? Maybe it could help get the crystal out of the way.
"Wonder if Lexie's gonna be free after his shift today..."

Eventually, they manage to defeat the monster. Kirby and co. follow the others as they exit the Station and into the caves.
"This place is creepy..." said Ribbon as they walk deep into the caves.

"Duh. That's coming from a fairy who lives in a world for babies." Scipion ironically snarled at Ribbon as the team progressed further.
Eventually, they reached the Industrial Complex. Bow's Tracker Pad immediately informed the team about it.
"This place is a sort of factory? At least Lucian must like it..." Aaron sighed.
"Alright... We have to find that building's entrance." he said to the group.
"But once we enter, we have to be careful. As the Tracker Pad said, many robots are patrolling inside." Clyde warned.
Industrial Complex
Lucian was a bit confused but followed his friend's instructions. "Skippy" rammed against the wall and Lucian gasped in shock upon seeing the missiles.
"W-W-Wow! You're a genius!!" he shouted, hugging Wednesday again, being genuinely impressed with the Thievul's skills.
Lucian grabbed "Skippy"'s controls for the pincer, allowing the Autoad to store many Super Missiles into itself, in case they had to fight, which Lucian really hoped wouldn't happen. As much as he enjoyed technology, he wasn't very comfortable with technologically advanced weapons.
Once back in the main room, the Autoad finally destroyed the Cordite crystals with a Super Missile. Lucian squealed at the impact and hugged Wednesday tight.
"S-Sorry! I'm just... not very comfortable with things that shoot. I-I hope this is the last time we'll use Skippy's offensive abilities." he whispered, trying to regain calm.
The robot entered the Chozo Statue room. Surprisingly, it was much larger than the 2 previous Chozo Statue's rooms. Lucian piloted the Autoad and touched the artifact the Chozo statue was holding. Like the others, it disappeared in shining light, causing another earthquake and lowering the lava's level in the Main Caverns.
"Alright... That was easier than I thought." Lucian said to Wednesday with a confident smile.
"Skippy" then attempted to exit the room... only for the door to suddenly shut.
"U-Uh? Uh?! This isn't normal! O-Oscar? W-What's going on?" Lucian stammered, confused and having a terrible feeling.
He did not realize that the Chozo Statue behind "Skippy"... opened red mechanical eyes that stared coldly at the duo.

"Aw, Chara..." Asriel teases, "I just wanted to see you one last time before... yeah..."
And with that, the parade arrives at New Home and the floats are moved to their parking spaces. Asgore and Toriel then announce the next part of the festival, to the crowd's excitement.
"C-Can they see you from up there?" Asriel asks Chara. "I hope not, 'cause let's go and have some fun!"
He gets up from his seat and takes Chara to the food stalls. On the way there, he finds Alphys weaving herself through the crowd and waves to her.
"H-Hey there, Azzy!" she says, "how's it been? I saw you and Frisk fight last season, so I've come over to check on your ri— who's that with you?"
Asriel gulps.
SR388, Hydro Station —> Industrial Complex
The team follows Scipion through the caverns again and observe the lava going down.
"This reminds me of my temple room," says Garnet.
"You live near lava?!" asks Bow, wiping some sweat off his forehead.
"Yes, I use the lava pool as an ice bath... but if I wanted what humans would call a sauna, I'd dip myself in the core of the sun."
Glimmer and Bow's jaws drop as the team then arrives at the Industrial Complex.
"More robots?" asks Glimmer. "Awww, Entrapta would've loved it here!"
"I'm good with tech, but she's the real genius at it!"
"I bet Peridot would love to meet with her!" says Amethyst.
"But still, we must be careful!" says Pearl as the team keeps their guards up.
Dave's Home Base, Warehouse
Dupe and Mimi cheer for Ally as she rapidly punches the bags. Once the time is up, the fitness machine displays the result: 600 bags, or 10 per second. 6k1 then adjusts the simulator for the strength trial, and several large boards of increasing toughness are summoned in front of Ally. The Databot punches through the wood boards, stone boards, and iron boards effortlessly, then works her way up the Mohs scale until she hits diamond.
I also have knuckles composed of diamond installed in my fists!
She activates them and destroys the diamond board with them, then tries punching out the Netherite board... but she only leaves a huge dent on it.
Technically, I should not be able to destroy gold because it ranks higher than Netherite in hardness in the Minecraft World, but 24-karat Earth Prime gold ranks 2.5 on the Mohs Scale of Mineral Hardness.
"That, and diamonds are surprisingly brittle if you subject them to high pressure, so your fists are composed of different alloys to further increase their durability."
That is correct, 6001. After all, my name is partially derived from that.
"Now onto the next trial..."
6k1 changes the simulation to an open field with various Airborne Mooks flying around. Ally puts her fists out and fires them like rockets, knocking the mooks to the ground and/or making them explode. The fists continue flying and punching out mooks until said fists land 20m away from her.
Ally then sends a signal to her fists to recall them back to her, then fights the ground-based mooks coming at her. She enlarges her fists to quadruple their size and smashes them on the ground, sending a huge shockwave that knocks the mooks down within a 5m radius and breaks any shields.
"Impressive, most impressive!" says 6k1. "Now let's test out your electrokinesis next!"

"For me, it was catchy. Now I am honestly starting to get a bit sick of it." Chara grumbled.
The Waterfall's floats then showed up. Chara watched it with more fascination than the others as it was about the Underground's history.
"This is rather calm. I think I might like-"
And then Undyne's float showed up.
"Nevermind. Of course, she had to be there." Chara chuckled at the change of rhythm.
Water Station
Lucian and Wednesday
Lucian finally noticed the breakable block and summoned a rock to break through it.
The two Pokémons were freed and finally landed in a Chozo statue room, safe and sound. Lucian's eyes were comically spinning around and he had his tongue out like a dog from the dizziness.
He said nothing for a moment before bursting into laughter, still gripping Wednesday.
"Aaaah...! W-Wow... T-That was wild!" the Lycanroc shakily exclaimed. He struggled to get up before shaking his fur to get rid of the water before taking deep breaths to calm his bumping heart.
He looked around him and noticed that they were in another room with a Chozo Statue, holding another artifact.
"O-Oof... Turns out I was right to get on one of those things. And you chose the right one! You really have good intuition." Lucian sighed in relief helping Wednesday getting up before hugging him.
"W-Well... Let's scan that thing and leave this place."
Rescue team
So far, none of the enemies posed a challenge. They were tougher than the aliens outside but they were manageable and the team progressed quickly through the Water Station.
After several minutes exploring the empty complex, the team then entered a Chozo Statue's room, holding an artifact.
"Hmmm... Let me handle this. I could try to guess how we could use it." Clyde said, approaching the statue.
Aaron focused on his aura to feel where Lucian and Wednesday were but felt that something was wrong with the ball the Chozo Statue was holding.
"Wait..."
