I have a Blackberry Storm 9500 phone with airtel prepaid connection. I have recharged my mobile for 98 Rs. EasyRecharge. Still, i am unable to connect.

You must download the software to do that from Blackberry.

Go to setup and then wi-fi and then the options should come up.

I am having Blackberry Bold 9900 with 7.0 and i cannot find PSK option while setting up my company Wifi. I selected WPA/WPA 2 personal with passwd?

I am unable to use Wifi option..The I.T dept in my company has set the password on the n/w and they have a instruction manual for BB that says to select SSID as PSK which is not available in BB Bold 9900. I selected WPA/WPA 2 personal and gave the passphrase. I tried using all of the 3 band types viz 802.11/b/g/n or 802.11a/n or 802.111/b/g/n with no luck....
