Orange phone and livebox

Hi,

The best thing to do is call 1014 at Orange or their English phone number and they will tell you where to sed the box.  It could be a café, or a tobacco shop or an orange shop.  Once you deliver the box you will receive a recip that you have to keep preciously as this is your proof of delivery.

Ask for a calncelation at the same time.

Go to the bank and cancel the mandate to automatic paymnet. The bank is liable to charge you approx. 15€ for this service - a 1 time charge and depnding on the financila institutions.
