WORST SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! RIPPED ME OFF!!!
If I could give NO stars I would...
My suit was two sizes too big, extremely old cheap fabric for a $175 suit (I found the same suit in a modern 2 vent style like it was supposed to be for $99), and her customer service... Well there wasn't any. She quite literally CUSSED and PUSHED me out of her store and called the POLICE on me for "TRESPASSING."

I flew out from Missouri for my friends wedding and had ordered the suit a month in advance. I ordered a 34 Regular and when I arrived she had ordered a 38 Long. My friend ordered a 34 Regular and got a 40 Long. The dress shirt I ordered was a 14 1/2 and the one she gave me was a 16 1/2 and when I asked her why it was too big she said "oh I just grabbed one and put it in the bag!"

My suit was so big it was going to cost me over $150 to get it fixed by a taylor. When I asked for a refund she FLIPPED out and ordered me out of her store. When I wasn't happy with the way my suit was and ask that she do something about it before I leave she pushed me, started CUSSING at me calling me a "prick" and called the police. When the police came they were apologetic and said that this had happened before and that they would recommend me NEVER shopping with her again. I couldn't agree more! #lunatic

The tailoring job she ended up doing on the suits was TERRIBLE!!! She ROLLED up one of the cuffs and stitched it to the INSIDE of the suit jacket so only 2 buttons were showing on the outside, one was ON THE FOLD of the fabric, and one was completely inside the cuff of the sleeve.

We ordered 4 suits for the groomsman from her in total and ALL 4 were DIFFERENT BRANDS. The blacks didn't even match each other. She tried to tell me and my friend that our suits looked great on us when we were clearly drowning in them.

When I left she told me I could never come back to our store I can and if I did she would call the police for trespassing. When I went to pick up the suit she told me that I had to go to her husband's work 20 minutes away in another town to pick up the suit because she didn't want me at her store anymore.

Not only is she completely unknowledgeable, unprofessional and rude. She completely RIPPED all four of us off by charging twice as much money as she should have for CRAPPY suits that didn't match and were styles that haven't been worn since parachute pants were popular.

Very poor selections on bridal rental clothing. The lady was very incoherent & wanted me to put a down payment on a dress from a catalog. Red flags!

I had a such a great experience with this shop and with Judy. I had a few days to find a bridesmaid dress before flying to my friends wedding in Ohio. That is not a easy task to do last minute. My last hope was her shop and I was scared to order a dress I had never tried on but I was flying out in two days... Judy got the dress for me at a very good price and in one day she had it ready for me. She knows her sizes and dresses very well and I was so excited to get a dress I loved.
I was getting married a few months later and decided to go back to her for our guys tux rentals for our gatsby wedding. She put together such a awesome look and even picked out my sons outfit who was in the wedding which was adorable!!! She fitted 7 guys plus the groom and my son and everything was perfect. My bridesmaid dresses came in 10 days before the wedding from a DIFFERENT well known shop and they were all messed up!!! Not even close to size.... Judy was so helpful in getting them the new dresses they needed and fast!!!!! I had broken my toe the week before my wedding and Judy was nice enough to meet me at a location close to my house. She's a sweet lady that I now call my friend!! Wish I would have known about her and her shop before I bought my wedding dress!!! She has killer deals on wedding dresses as well!!!

This woman is beyond crazy...day before wedding and no dress, no tuxes and trying to charge anyway. Nightmare experience. Steer clear!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place ever she's very unorganized and I do believe that she's on medication she took my money for a tux order that she did not have when we went to try on she also lost our order she didn't know the last name or the measurements and wanted me to come back at a later date I felt that it was going to be the wrong size and she was so unorganized that I asked for a refund and she told me they don't do that and that I need to take it up with the credit card company she was very nasty, and unprofessional I'm so happy we left and took it as a loss because she would've made my sons prom a nightmare

This place should be called looney bridal. So unorganized and she kept repeating herself. She didn't have NOTHING that I told her I was interested in to try on. Then she told me that if I wanted to try on a dress it's in a warehouse in Texas and I need to give a deposit and wait 4-5 days to have it shipped here so I can come back and try it on. Don't waste your time.

Worst service ever she talks to much not helpful asked for colored suspenders and she said yes and when came to pick up they were black and said they didn't have colored ones. She lied and on top of that she told us to get out of her store when we went to pick up our tuxes. Overall HORRIBLE customer service, LIAR and bad attitude!!!
