Old Town Tour was great (and free besides a tip)! Our guide Amrik was awesome! He knew a ton about the city and did a great job working our way through town and made a lot of historical information really fun to learn. Highly recommended!

We went to visit the town of the 40000 bones and were not disappointed. Our tour leader,Nicolas, was excellent and took his time to explain everything well and with a very articulated voice.We visited some other places as well as the city wall and overall this was an excellent tour.

Rates an "F" for customer service. The drivers, and owners need an education in customer service. The drivers do not stop at the stops. We were at the correct stop in Wenceslas Square at about 9.25 Sunday morning, the driver went straight past us. We raced to the other side, as they have to do a U turn and he just pointed us back to the stop! and drove on. He could have easily done a circuit & picked us up. This wasn't the first instance of this, by drivers of this company. The drivers on the Green circuit are humourless and completely without any sense of service. The stops are very poorly marked and the drivers are very happy to leave you stranded and will not help one bit. Avoid.

First of all we weren't left behind it was other passengers!!!SO YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU PAY FOR A TOUR IN PRAGUE IT WOULD BE INFORMATIVE AND PRODUCTIVE BUT NO IMPORTANT, THE DRIVER WOULD NOT LEAVE PASSENGERS BEHIND. ESPECIALLY WHEN HE WAS LATE AT OUR PICKUP POINT.
Well THESE EVENTS OCCURRED. FIRST THERE ARE FREE TOURS OF PRAGUE AT OLD TOWN LOOK FOR PEOPLE WIYH RED UMBRELLAS, THRY DEPEND ON TIPS AND TOURS ARE AMAZINGLY INFORMATIVE.
We wanted to try something different and do a formal tour so we paid the money would city tours. First of all it is like hop on hop off, a headphone prerecorded tour, that doesnt quite line up with areas you are driving in. Next, our driver dropped everyone at the castle he gave a designated time, he arrived late to pick us up and left four passengers behind who were waiting for him but walked off when he was late to see the sites. He waited less than two minutes and drove off. Not even mentioning one word to anyone on the bus when we stated passengers were left behind.

We booked our tour right at the Old Town Square, which was very convenient to hotel. Pick up was made by bus and very prompt. We were driven to pier where we boarded the boat. We had a tour guide, but I use that term loosely. She ushered us onto the boat and really didn't give us much information for the whole time we were on board. There were many different tours together on the boat. While the food was very good, the organization of getting the people through the line was very poorly organized. They should have had two lines going to get everything through in a timely manner. Dessert was basic. All drinks included tea and coffee were a separate expense. For the cost, coffee and tea should have been included. A lot of time was spent going through locks along the river and in reality we didn't not venture too far up river.
I would not recommend this tour. We did not venture far outside the perimeters of the old town. Not worth it.

What a total disappointment. Not only was it hard to locate the stops to get on the bus (there is literally no signs for the Hop off Hop off buses) the people working the buses were either clueless or didn't really care enough to give the correct information. Even the guy who sold us the tickets told us the get on stop was 200 meters away. He wasn't even close and we had to go to a totally different areas to get on.
Once you hop off if you walk around and are not near that spot good luck finding a new Hop on location. Not worth it. Find another tour.

Our tour guide Petr (10am on 11th July ) was very informative & very passionate about telling us & showing us all the interesting
Locations around Prague. We enjoyed this tour very much.
Highly recommend. He didn’t rush us around , we were able to absorb the highlights of Prague & take many photos.
It’s wonderful to have a local showing you around.

Katerina is the BEST guide.
She told us lots of stories of Prague, including useful informations, helped us can discoverd and enjoyed the city by ourselves.
這次在布拉格的city tour 是由Safe stay Hostel所介紹的免費導覽，大約在每天早上11點時於廣場集合。很開心能跟著Katerina的導覽，讓我能輕鬆舒服的認識這個美麗的城市，她除了帶我們走遍城內的景點，也提供推薦的市集、餐廳、換匯所等地方，讓初次造訪的旅人也能安心的旅行，很感謝她的協助。

We had a fabulous tour of Prague from Ladislav Stoupa. He was helpful and informative. He has an excellent command of English and German. He was friendly and kept us on task with his perfect timing and just enough information. I’d recommend this tour - it’s #1
