19115 - important contact in the city

In the Office of the City of Warsaw there is a Municipal Contact Center 19115, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click on the yellow banner below the text to:

  • obtain full information about city services
  • report problems that should be dealt with by city services (e.g. fire brigade, police, city guard)
  • submit your idea.

The information is collected and updated on an ongoing basis by the Activities for Foreigners Coordination Team in the International Cooperation Department of the City of Warsaw. As part of our tasks:

  • we coordinate activities for foreigners undertaken by the Office
  • we collect information about the situation and needs of foreigners in Warsaw in order to determine priorities for action
  • we initiate and support activities for foreigners, including the integration of foreigners with other inhabitants of Warsaw.

For this purpose, we cooperate with institutions, non-governmental organisations and scientific and research institutions.
