Jim, You were A true gentleman, respectful,caring, loving, man. There won't be a day that goes by that I won't think of you and that big heart. You had so much to offer and so much more to do. Your kindness was profound. There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved. You were truly loved, and happiness is what you deserved. The occurrences and stressors causing this was so unfair and unimaginable, you didn't deserve it. You are with your parents now who you missed and loved dearly. Until we meet again, try and rest easy.

You will never be forgotten Jim. Try and rest easy. This isn't how your story was suppose to end. You had so much happiness coming into your life soon enough, that you deserved. The stress was too much for you and I am so sorry.

I first met Jim 23 years ago. We immediately hit it off. Jim and I ended up working together, playing sports together and having a lot of mutual friends. He was always so energetic and full of life. While I am still in disbelief and saddened by his short life, I am grateful to have had Jim in my life.

Jim, You always had a magnetic personality. You were a friend to all. People felt important because of you. Gone from this world far too soon, but your spirit lives on. This world misses you.

Back when Jim was about 10, he would play football with my nephews, my cousin and myself. To his wife and daughters and the rest of his family, I am so very sorry for your loss. May you rest in peace Jimmy...

Tara, Cat and Madi, We are so sorry for your loss. Jim was extremely proud of his girls. Always letting you know what they did or accomplished. He'd send a picture or a text. He'd also be the first to congratulate others on their kids accomplishments. We became fast friends over the years. Played lots of cornhole games, mens softball games and usually a couple of drinks afterwards. He loved to play music on his portable stereo and grill on his blackstone. Our girls played soccer together and he'd always be there to route them on. He was a genuine person. No agenda. He will be missed by me and many others. RIP Jim Giovanni Galbiati and family.

I'm sitting here saying to myself "Jimmy WTF?" and I can hear you saying "I know"... a huge hole has been left in the hearts of our family. Rest easy little cousin, xo

I met Jimbo a few months ago at Eastern Minerals and it was fun to work with him. He was very loved at the office and it was a pleasure to meet such a wonderful soul. My condolences to his wife and daughters. See you on the other side Jim.

My buddy Jim, I'm going to miss you so much. I'm actually teary eyed and all choked up writing this. Tara, Madi, Cat and the rest of the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Jim and I spoke on the phone or sent text messages almost every single day. He would send me silly stuff or just call to talk about what was going on that day etc. We would see each other multiple times a week at soccer or hang out from time to time. You are one of my best buds. Jim was a big strong teddy bear that would give you the shirt off his back and not want a thing in return but your friendship. True friends like Jim are hard to come by. I appreciated you always. Jim was a wonderful Dad and Husband and lived for his children. Wether it was soccer, track, school etc, he always made sure to be there to support them in their day to day endeavors. He wanted the best in life for those girls and everyone around him. I met Jim, and we instantly became friends from being fellow South School Dad's with daughters in the same grade. He coached the soccer team my Gabby and his Daughter Madi played on. Those two girls became best friends and still play soccer together on the Hotshots. I have so many wonderful memories of Jim. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this. Had the opportunity catch up with Jim about a year ago and was reminded of the sustained quality of character he displayed through his younger years when I was lucky enough to know him. I hope your family is blessed with the knowledge of the good man he most certainly was.
