There is one administration lady in minus 1'st floor which is too rude with visitors. When I wanted to ask for extra towels and to know more about SPA procedures, she was talking very impolitely and rudely, and I just met her for the first time. Next time when I met her after two days, she was also churlish again for herself reasons. A person like this should not have a work like this.

You can choose from rooms in three price categories. Spa center is included in each room. For dinner you will pay extra 20eur/person. Massages, other spa procedures for extra money. A tasting dinner where the chef presents each product can be ordered in advance. There is a children’s playroom where children are supervised by a staff member.

Expensive family get-away. Great location, very nice hotel, good food, but quite expensive for a family. Family rooms are studio type, which is a bit uncomfortable with small children and they are more expensive.

We only stayed there one night. We used their spa for a couples ritual, and pool and saunas.
We have used their spa and swimming facilities many times before, just never actually stayed there.
Good choice of food for breakfast, however the restaurant greeter was quite rude. It’s as if a simple ‘hello’ was too much work for her. She asked for a room number and to sanitise our hands, literally nothing else was said. No direction was given whatsoever, even though we stayed there for the first time and wasn’t sure how it worked. Especially now during the pandemic.
Customer service was ok, staff (mostly) polite and attentive (for Lithuanian standards). It could always be improved if comparing to other countries.
Pool and sauna area was unbelievably full, numbers of people are not controlled. I felt like I was in a fitness and leisure centre, rather than a SPA.
Room was a little bit disappointing in terms of the facilities and their functionality. Reading light next to the bed wasn’t working.
Rain shower head hasn’t been cleaned for ages, as when I turned it on it sprayed stream all over the place, not how it should be that’s for sure.
Same with the tap of the sink, looked yellow and dirty around the edges, could definitely do with a deep clean.
TV is hung up the wall, however it’s so high up that it’s quite uncomfortable to watch. I’ve never actually seen a TV being hung up so high, it just wasn’t functional.
Headboard is so worn out that colour near the head is different to the rest of the headboard.

The hotel is messy. Room furniture, dirty walls. When I came into the room, the handle of the bathroom door fell, the door was smeared and touched, the wall was also splashed, the armchair was clicked. The room is open all day from the sounds of the belimio basic equipment in the morning (it is good that the pool does not work at night and the sounds disappear). The schedule of procedures is strangely arranged (massage after massage in a row). Feedback leaflets after procedures are some kind of implicit obligation to leave tips for the procedure for what has already been paid for. If you don't leave tips the next day, you will go to the same specialist and she will no longer be so kind to you ... People walk everywhere with a mask, as they do, but she does not cover her nose.
Food was good, tasty, good variety.

We are very disappointed. We came to celebrate the wedding anniversary, we paid € 650 for two nights of rest, but there were some very unpleasant moments. The rooms are dirty and full of cobwebs, the balcony is totally scary in terms of cleanliness, the windows of the room are not cleaned. We got a very dirty room, after a big dispute we changed the room to an analog one. There was no light in the bathroom during our first night (we went to the toilet with phone lights). On the second day of our stay we got an electrician who handled electricity while we were lying in bed !! (why couldn’t that be done when we were at breakfast?). The maid also couldn't clean the room when we had breakfast, came to clean the room when we were back, we have asked to clean the room later, maid said we could only clean it until 11am, so we had to leave our room !!
The holidays were very unpleasant. This stay is far from worth the money spent. We have had many visits to the hotel, it is our mistake that we have chosen this hotel for such an important weekend.
The staff is very incompetent. In the restaurant we asked "Do you need to order coffee here?" the bar bartender shouted most loudly to the administrator "Are there any special ones here?"
The hands tilted sincerely. What are those special ones? Maybe it was easy to say that coffee can be made at the back of the room from a coffee machine (which we just didn’t know).
It is very sad that after spending two days off we had paid € 650 in discomfort, and the administration did not compensate us at all, because there was a lot of discomfort and we expected at least something from the hotel as a sorry for all this matters.
Sad and we would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The deluxe class does not exactly match the level of photos and deluxe. The bath is broken with black spots, full of cobwebs and uncleaned windows everywhere. The armchair is torn. It’s really far from deluxe.

poor customer service, when I called hotel to reserve booking date, phone call was dropped and there was no callback, second call from my side was not picked up at all, had to communicate via email. I asked to change booking conditions and bring third person -my son 6 yo, but reception was insisting to upgrade room to superior, instead of standard one that I booked, which is not mini anyway and standard room perfectly fit my needs, as I am budget traveler. Never had such issues anywhere I traveled- Tokyo Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, where budget hotels offer really small rooms and sometimes no windows at all.
Restaurant service was terrible, staff was not trained to collect dirty dishes, I had my plate and silverware removed without even being asked and when I complained about that, as I was not done with my breakfast, silverware was returned back from dirty tray!!! It is not acceptable for such quite expensive hotel.
Not sure I want to come back there ever, customer service spoiled everything else that hotel had quite in a good shape.
I wish I could cancel my booking and return money back, but I could not unfortunately.

We visited you a second time, so I can say that the situation has worsened. The restaurant is staffed with really rude and tactless waiters, who, when asked if there are additional child seats, do not bother to call to go down the hall between the tables. At dinner, it would be really fun for waiters to proactively ask for alcoholic beverages when ordering dishes. Because we had a really unpleasant situation that we had to catch a waiter who didn't want to take our order. That the kids' playroom is there and the babysitters are working really well, but it should be ventilated more often because there was a constant stench there. Ventilating means opening windows, not just keeping the room door open at all times. Well, at the end of the day, I think it would be fun to have a gift or a welcome at check-in on arrival at the hotel :). Maybe I'm a bit spoiled, but for your hotel that really positions itself as one of the best in Lithuania, showing such attention to visitors would be a great karma point or prestige. Such as Druskininkai Spa or Eglė Sanatorium in Birštonas and Druskininkai, or Amberton Network.

Everything was alright. Really. I just think I expected more from all the hype I read in other reviews.
Spa: one word - crowded. Every single attraction and sauna was so full that you almost touch with other visitors wherever you go. Otherwise the spa area is nice.
Room: OK. The sound proof could be better though. You hear neighbor children stomping the floor and screaming all the time.
Fridge was not working.
Food:
Breakfast - overhyped. The famous pancakes are not that tasty to be honest. Otherwise the selection is pretty standard continental breakfast.
Dinner buffet - 20 eur per person, which is about 2x more expensive than it felt like. I suggest you go to the restaurant instead.
Other facilities: They have a very nice library and a dedicated water fountain where you can drink mineral water.

I am a loyal customer of this hotel, I visit it with my family up to ten times a year. I have always been very satisfied with the service, but not this time.This time in the reception staff was very not friendly and arrogant. Room number 219, do not take it in any way, because there will be very noisy ! Both sides two staff rooms. The room was uncleaned in the rubbish bin, but the biggest problem with the shower , which have big water leak all bathroom area . After reporting the problem to the receptionist she called the plumbers. Because they could not fix the water leak , plumbers will recommend to change the room. But… the receptionist did not change it and did not offer any alternative. 2 days we still in the same room with water leak.
Pool area problems.
There were a lot of people in the pool area, no distance, there was no space for the hotel guests ! No sunbeds , no free spaces in the pool and in the sauna in the pandemic time. Pool staff was very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Moon breakfast had to wait over half hour to only make order .The ladies waiters was very slow to do it .
Dinner in the Moon restaurant was delicious and service perfect.
The second night we left without the sleep because the neighbours from upstairs room was very noisy up to 2am morning. I will remind you from 8am hotel room cleaners start working and very noisy ! You can’t sleep longer. Would I recommend this hotel ? Definitely not… !!!
