I was a AAA insurance customer more than 15 years before and I was checking out a new business in Verne.  Nicole gave me some background about herself.  She told me she with the insurance industry for almost 20 years.  She seemed like a very experienced and knowledgeable person so I gave her my car year and model.  She gave me a reasonable quote.  She even suggested if I had a bundle would give me more discount so I had my cousin join me so we both get good deals.  My cousin was very skeptical at first about trying out a new business.  Nicole went beyond and above to lay out the plan so my cousin ended up combining her house insurance together with two vehicles with Nicole Vuong.  Nicole gave us good customer service and answered any questions we had.  Nicole spoke multiple languages.  I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for life, house, auto insurance and etc...

She was available to meet with me with little advance notice and happy to the spend the time needed to address all of my questions.
