I simply cannot fathom wearing that much clothing every day, much less a big-ass hat to boot.
I could not imagine wearing period guy clothes either. And yet, I remember some of the excessive cloth clothing styles of the 80s when I was a teen. Fortunately, they weren’t usually the heavy wool her outfit appears to be.
