I figured that instead of begging for one, I could actually be useful and offer some ideas for how a mission tree for the OPM county of Cilli could look like.
Why Cilli?
When I asked for it the first time, most people just thought I was memeing and, to be fair, I was at first; however, after reading about Count Ulrich II on Wikipedia, I found out that he was actually an interesting figure and that there's enough content for a small but rewarding mission tree, kinda like Navarra has.
To sum up, Ulrich II was the governor of Slavonia, the regent of Hungary and a claimant to the Bosnian throne, who wielded power over the young Ladislaus von Habsburg. He was however soon assassinated by the Hunyadis in their attempt to consolidate power over Hungary and since he died without a male heir, the county was inherited by the Austrian Habsburgs.
The missions
The mission tree itself could probably just be two short branches in the first and fifth column, alongside the generic missions in the centre.
First branch:
Secure the Succession: Get an heir -> Gain Restoration of Union CB on Hungary
The fact that Ulrich II died without a male heir was what resulted in the inheritance of his lands, so the first step would of course be to prevent that outcome. Union CB on Hungary because he was the de facto regent.
The Hungarian Regency: Own or have a subject own the Hungarian lands -> If Hungary owns or is the senior partner over Croatia, the Croatian lands are integrated (as in handed over and cored) by Cilli, Cilli gains the Restoration of Union CB on Bosnia, Hungary loses 15% Libery Desire
Ulrich II was assassinated by the Hunyadis in Belgrade in real life, which lead to the county's demise. To prevent this, you must consolidate power over Hungary one way or another. Ulrich was also the governor of Slavonia (the non-coastal part of Croatia) so you should receive those lands to govern directly. Union CB on Bosnia because Ulrich was the claimant to the throne.
Enforce the Bosnian Claim: Own or have a subject own Bosnia -> Gain 50 prestige
Pressing the claim to the Bosnian throne will gain the Count of Cilli the recognition he deserves on the world stage, surely.
Defend Against the Turks: Have at least one ally with over 250 development or own an Ottoman core or something -> Gain +15% Morale for 15 years or maybe until the end of the game if you're feeling risky/generous
After securing both Hungary and Bosnia, the Count of Cilli will most likely feel the Ottomans breathing down his neck. You must secure a powerful alliance to prevent your realm from being invaded and all your hard work being for naught.
Second branch:
Deal with the Austrian Habsburgs: Either ally or insult Austria -> Gain permanent claims on Austria
The Austrian Habsburgs are eyeing the small county for an opportunity to stick their chins even there, which they historically did. Some kind of diplomacy is therefore necessary.
The Reverse Inheritance: Own the Austrian Lands -> Gain 2 Diplomatic Reputation for some (or all?) time
The best way to prevent the County of Cilli from being inherited is to inherit those who would do the inheriting.
That's about it. Just slap a cool achievement there too and I'm sure people will love to try going for a challenging game that's quite different than what they're used to in the area. I hope these suggestions will be of some use. The entire Cilli fanclub would surely be very sad if not.
