Ohio State Overview
• Tyler spent five seasons with Ohio State and played in 36 games while making five starts
• He was an OSU Scholar-Athlete who graduated in December 2022 with his degree in communications
• Voted a team co-captain by his peers for the 2022 season
• Recorded 21 career tackles, 4.0 tackles-for-loss, three quarterback sacks and a fumble recovery
• Missed the 2021 campaign while rehabilitating an injury and missed playing in seven additional games in 2022 because of injury
• Could not get completely healthy during the 2020 season, but still managed to play in five of the team’s eight games and start the opener against Nebraska and did play in the CFP championship game against Alabama
• Appeared in 11 of 14 games and started four times (vs. Cincinnati, Miami, Rutgers and Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship Game) as a sophomore in 2019
• Registered one of his quarterback sacks in the CFP semifinal vs. Clemson at the Fiesta Bowl
• Played in 10 games as a true freshman in 2018 and earned his first Varsity O letter
