these websites have a thing were every now & then where u click anywhere on the webpage it opens a new tab to a malware-ridden website.If this happens 2 u, don't do anything or download anything from the website that poped up--ex out of it. & use a vpn like Avast of norton. here's an example of a free movie site than does this. It's called bingewatch and ends with .to not .com
No idea I came on here Hoping to find and answer and an alternative, so far I keep finding sites that say tvshows88 but end up not being it
i found one, thats literally kind of the same but it lacks subtitles on most movies/shows which is not a big problem

I believe they really removed tvshow88.com, but the most similar website to that is https://hurawatch.at/ it's just in green not pink.
Flixhq is a good alternative.
From what I understand, tvshows88.com was taken down by EU copyright infringement laws.
There was an archive server set up as tvshows88.org but it really doesn't get that many updates and it doesn't have all the newer shows/movies.
tvshows88.live is a good server that keeps it's shows and movies up to date and in better quality, but the website is inundated with invisible popup ads. Many of them are to URLs that are blacklisted by most antivirus firewalls as being dangerous.
