Bradley Cooper

In 2018’s ‘A Star Is Born,’ Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga brought the characters of Jackson and Ally to life with palpable chemistry. Their performances as actors were complemented by beautiful singing on the film’s soundtrack, highlighted by the Grammy and Oscar award-winning song ‘Shallow’.

Reflecting on their buzzworthy Oscars performance of ‘Shallow’, Gaga shared with Jimmy Kimmel that they aimed to portray love authentically, and that’s exactly what viewers witnessed.

Ariana Grande

Pop icons Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande collaborated on the hit song ‘Rain on Me’, featured on Gaga’s album Chromatica. This powerhouse duo’s track not only topped the charts but also earned them several awards, including a Grammy.

Despite their absence at the award ceremony, Ariana Grande expressed her joy online, sharing her excitement with Lady Gaga, who was busy filming House of Gucci in Italy at the time.

Beyoncé

Lady Gaga collaborated with Beyoncé on the Grammy-nominated song Telephone from Gaga’s album ‘The Fame Monster,’ accompanied by a remarkable music video. They also worked together on a remix of Beyoncé’s Video Phone, for which they filmed another music video.

Beyoncé has expressed her admiration for Gaga, stating, “I love Gaga. If she didn’t perform and she wasn’t a singer, just a human being I love her to death. I’m all about women working together and supporting each other and learning from each other.”

Tony Bennett

After initially meeting at a gala in 2011, Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett developed a deep friendship that extended beyond the stage. Their first collaboration came shortly after this meeting when they recorded ‘The Lady Is a Tramp’ for Bennett’s ‘Duets II’ album. 

They continued to work together over the years, collaborating on a world tour, a second album titled Love for Sale, and a special performance at Radio City Music Hall titled ‘One Last Time,’ which followed Bennett’s family’s announcement that he was living with Alzheimer’s disease.

BLACKPINK

In crafting her dance album Chromatica, Lady Gaga sought out collaborations with a variety of renowned artists, enhancing the album’s diversity and appeal. Among these collaborations was her work with the popular Korean girl group BLACKPINK, who joined forces with Gaga on the track ‘Sour Candy’.

This collaboration not only showcased Gaga’s willingness to explore different musical styles and cultures but also highlighted the global reach and influence of both artists. 

Elton John

Elton John is also featured on Chromatica, appearing on the track ‘Sine from Above’, which references a sine wave — the mathematical symbol for sound depicted on the album’s cover.

During a discussion about the album, Gaga shared with Zane Lowe, “And, for me, the sound is what healed me in my life period, and it healed me again making this record, and that is really what Chromatica is all about. Beyond their musical collaborations, Gaga and Elton John share a profound bond; Gaga is the godmother to John and David Furnish’s sons, Zachary and Elijah.

Christina Aguilera

During the 2013 season finale of ‘The Voice,’ Christina Aguilera made a special appearance onstage with Lady Gaga. Together, they delivered a captivating performance of Gaga’s song ‘Do What U Want’, showcasing their vocal prowess and stage presence. 

Both artists donned coordinated shimmery ensembles and sported blonde hair, adding an extra layer of visual cohesion to their dynamic collaboration.

“This is the first time we’ve ever met and I have to say, when I heard she wanted to collaborate I said, ‘Of course! Lady Gaga!’ I’ve been waiting to meet her. She’s such an innovative artist and a risk taker and as a fellow female, I have so much respect for that,” Aguilera said of the request.
