Legendary singer Tony Bennett has played his final show.

Last night, CBS aired a special performance recorded in August at the Radio City Music Hall in New York that would turn out to be the 95-year-old crooner's last hurrah onstage.

The final show came six months after an announcement by his family that Bennett has been dealing with Alzheimer's disease. Bennett had several more shows planned along the East Coast following the two-night engagement at Radio City Music Hall, but they were canceled because of his illness, making this performance of "I Left My Heart in San Francisco" his last.

Famous for the 1962 hit "I Left My Heart in San Francisco," Bennett has won 19 Grammy Awards, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award, throughout his long career. Most recently he won back-to-back honors in 2015 and 2016 for "Cheek To Cheek" and "The Silver Lining: The Songs Of Jerome Kern." This year, he received five Grammy nominations for his collaborations with Lady Gaga.

Gaga spoke to "60 Minutes" regarding the concert, recounting the emotional moment when she stepped on stage and Bennett introduced her to the audience.

"That was the first time that Tony said my name in a long time," Gaga told "60 Minutes" host Anderson Cooper.

"Really? In all the weeks leading up to it he hadn't said your name?" replied Cooper.

"I had to keep it together because we had a sold out show, and I have a job to do," said Gaga. "But I'll tell you, when I walked out on that stage and he said, 'It's Lady Gaga,' my friends saw me."
