This app needs approval for each little change needed to a product listing, it is frustrating to use, creates a bunch of friction for sellers. This platform is not good for made to order items as it does not have an option to extend ship date. Help chat is not helpful, ticketing system is slow. Sticking with etsy shop until listing becomes easier

Can't give a good review at this time. Have not been able to get signed into the app, as the image validation never loads. Submitted reports of image not loading, but never hear anything back. Reloaded the app several times, and the same thing every time. Would rather use the app, as the web page is not size for mobile devices.

I've been trying to register my shop for over a week, and It's getting rejected because the address on my IRS EIN letter is different from my current location address. I've been in business for 5 years, so I've moved and expanded. It says right on the IRS letter that it can't be reissued, duplicated or changed, I've sent multiple emails and haven't gotten a response from tiktok.
