Service does not work, with constant timeout/parse errors. My request for assistance through the bug reporting tool, as referenced in response below, has not been responded to.

Does not work, keep getting parsing/timeout error. I purchased a licensed version too. Have tried changing the settings to no avail. I sent an email to bug reporting and received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 72 hours but no one did. This was a week ago. Waste of money, will be contacting paypal to get a refund

UPDATE - I received the same generic response asking me to send my problem through a specific link but that is exactly what I did before and no response. Paypal will be investigating to retrieve my money spent.

The FreeGrabApp programs have not been working for a couple of months now. FlixGrab which is supposed to allow you to download from most streaming services stopped suddenly at the beginning of February.

I contacted FreeGrabApp to ask what was going on, they immediately closed off my support ticket request with no reply.

Everyone else on HERE who has contacted them has had the same result. They just close off support ticket requests.

Ironically, whenever FreeGrabApp reply to negative postings on here, they say "Send your problem or wish to this link" and redirect you back to the support ticket page.

WHAT IS THE POINT OF POSTING NEW SUPPORT TICKETS IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO CLOSE THEM OFF?

So, for the admin of FreeGrabApp, tell us honestly ON HERE IN YOUR REPLY without using the words "send your problem or wish", will the FlixGrab and other applications ever work again, or have you just decided to run off with everyones money?

So, FreeGrabApp have just replied to my review after I specificall asked them to give a proper reply and not use the words "send your problem or wish" etc etc. They've replied with the same old rubbish reply of "Send your problem or wish" and the support website URL. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THAT? YOU WILL JUST DELETE THE REQUEST AS YOU ALWAYS DO!

So I can only conclude that FreeGrabApp have no intention of fixing their software. They are still selling their software WHICH NO LONGER WORKS and charging customers for a one year licence.

If you do buy a licence while it's not working, and paid with PayPal, make sure you open a dispute and get your money back. FreeGrabApp are basically conning all their customers now.

I bought the Freenetflix downloader from FreegrabApp yesterday. I received the key few second after and the activation was very easy. It worked immediately. I let it download few Netflix movies, and I was very glad because every thing worked perfectly. I do not know for the future, but at the moment, I am satisfied with the App. The price of the app is also cheap compared to other Netflix downloader. I do recommend this.

I like that it can download YouTube videos but it downloads videos much slower than another program I was using.
It would be helpful if it would add a separate folder for each download group or link that has multiple videos. It did crash once when I added a link with over 200 videos. So I’m not sure how stable the program is with large downloads. Time will tell as I use the app more.

The last half Year works no Progam from You.
I had Netflix, Disney and Amazon and nothing works.
Last Year I had input a wrong EMail and The Service give no back my Money....
This is an absolutly nogo.

Based on the trial version, FreeGrabApp's FreeDisneyPlusDownload app is a fairly east way to download Disney Plus videos for offline viewing.

Pros: Easy guide to download videos: copy the link of the tv show or movie you want and paste it into the program. Video and audio download at reasonable quality.

Cons: Only 3 minute trial. Program sometimes freezes, and download is not very fast.

Genius. Its been challenging finding music converting software for a low cost/free that i can trust! This app is PERFECT! I can convert my Amazon music allowing me to mix, blend and play my favorites without paying anything additional! Really easy to use and super fast download speed. Happy Customer here!

My liscense is expired on 27 Feb 2024, today i received a mail to give rating to your application. On which note, Please explain me? More then a month ago your application is not working, i also report a bugged complain, i keep messaged on it but not from support even technical team no one is replying. Then on which bases you required star rating. Please explain?

Once the few settings have been made (no one needs more settings), then search for everything you want to download and everything will be downloaded reliably. You can even download entire seasons of series with just a few clicks!
I've been looking for such a program for a long time - but there is no better solution.

FreeGrabApp has stopped working for everything except YouTube and the company has not responded satisfactorily after almost six months trying to resolve the issue, despite promising repeatedly a response within 72 hours.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost six months and my requests have been ignored and labeled as "duplicate requests" without ever having been resolved. The most recent request was over six weeks ago, and despite sending me a request number (LNXQ-25534) their web site cannot find my most recent request.

I'm sorry to have to give this low rating, but I can't seem to get any response from them at all.

I have been a user of the FreeGrabApp Netflix download program for quite some time. I'm usually very reserved about rating software and a very demanding user, but I think it's time to give my rating. I will not tell fairy tales, this program simply does what it promises. Downloading Netflix video to my PC. Simple user interface, not buggy, and hasn't caused me any problems so far. I recommend it and I hope it will last for quality work.

Very easy to use app. Excellent way to get your Amazon Music files saved offline for listening without internet service. Great quality and easy to upload your links. Works well for my internet radio show where I want to share new music with my audience and keep my bandwidth low to keep the stream quality high

i think this is the best video downloader for prime video and netflix, i ve tried the app both on netflix and prime video and i think is very simple to use, the results ar video perfectly downloaded in few minutes with best quality and also if u need other audio languages and subtitles. once you try to use the app one or two times you realize that it's very simple to use, set audio languages, add subtitles etc.
i ve tried others video downloader apps but i think this is the best to use.
