Location: In the Quartier Latin, where you will never find parking no matter how desperately you try. Stick with the metro - Berri isn't too far away (about 10-min walk).

The place: Surprisingly, this was my first time seeing a show at this theatre (probably because the lack of street parking discouraged from ever going before!?). I was there to see the Blue Man Group, and would say that this venue is great for this type of performance; the theatre isn't huge, but no matter where you sit, you'll get a good view of the stage (unless someone really tall is sat in front of you, which of course, was my case). We were upgraded because our seats were behind the sound board, so that was a nice touch.

The lobby is a little small so when the show was over, it was pretty sardine-like, especially since they had a merchandise stand set-up on one side, and the Blue Man people came out to meet people - everyone 'had' to get pics taken with them. Of course.

All in all, a solid place for a show.

I brought my daughter to see the Next Step. The seating is very out dated and uncomfortable and very little leg room. I would also suggest you give yourself an extra hour to deal with traffic and parking. I came from Ontario for this show. We were there two hours early because I knew traffic would be a nightmare in rush hour but everyone else was arriving late interrupting our view and really distracted from seeing the first part of the show. My daughter couldn't see for the first ten minutes (and the show started late).

Aside from that, if you don't speak French in this part of town expect some rudeness and refusal to serve you in English.

This was our first time at the Theatre St-Denis. The Theatre is quite outdated and the seats are very close together, but we enjoyed the show and didn't think about the surroundings. The location is great! Rue St-Denis is full of interesting restaurants for everyone's taste. There is indoor parking at the rear which is accessible by rue Sanguinet.

Huge capacity but at least in the balcony, sometimes difficult to see the whole stage because of other people's head constantly on the move trying to dodge the head of the taller attendees. And no waiting for the intermission to use the bathroom: lots of people moving around during the actual presentation. Huge toilet lineups cause delays before the start and during the break. Seats are tight. Needs a major facelift.

The theater itself was fine, the seats were comfortable. The acoustics were good and the sight lines were pretty good. They ran out of playbills. The location was very convenient, and we recommend Uber. Caliber of cast was amazing!

Came to the Théatre Saint-Denis to see Saturday Night Fever. We didn’t realize it was the Premiere! Fantastic! Nico Archambault is brilliant in his role. So is his wife. In fact, the whole cast puts on a fabulous show! Great dancing! Fabulous singing! Well worth it!

We enjoyed ourselves very much watching the Let It Be show on Oct 26,2017- the only thing negative we experienced was the only red wine they served was Jacob’s Creek- and they charged 7.50 for a small 5 oz plastic cup. seating was comfortable and the show and acoustics were good

It's a beautiful show, a little short. The problem is that the cost of tickets is way too high for this show.
