    Our first visit to The Ship for lunch with friends. Did not disappoint and we’d definitely book again. Ambience lovely, fresh yet traditional, welcoming and comfortable. Lots of choice for a Monday lunchtime. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend to family and friends.

    Have been here a few times now, each time on a Sunday for a roast. Very nice atmosphere, decor, service & food. Have recommended to friends & family

    Beautiful old pub with a great beer garden, the food is superb and great value for money, the staff are very friendly and the service is outstanding, definitely looking forward to going back.

    We hadn't been before and booked it last minute by app We wasn't disappointed Food excellent and pub clean and welcoming Our server was very pleasant and didn't rush us Pub started to get busy as a wedding party Was arriving but still didn't feel rushed And staff were very organised not stressed

    Great Mothers Day lunch. They added a bit of decoration and atmosphere was great. We had a nice central table and staff were very attentive. Food was smashing - we will return!

    Had a lovely Mother’s Day meal - we all had different mains and all equally enjoyed them. Fast service on drinks and very attentive. Lovely atmosphere and country pub.
