Jesse Williams will be allowed to spend his daughter's sixth birthday with her after his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee insisted it was actually her turn on account of a yoga work trip.
A judge sided with Jesse, 38, after Aryn claimed she was owed the full weekend with Sadie after missing out on prior mother-daughter time due to a yoga retreat she went on for work, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Jesse argued Aryn's trip to India was not business related as he listed 'Tea Break', 'Dalai Lama', and 'Finding Your Purpose' as classes attended.

Sadie turns six on Friday, and Aryn will already be spending most of Sadie's birthday with her, until she drops him off with the actor at 6pm later that day.
Jesse had already planned a full weekend of activities with their daughter too, which included a Disney trip and a Nutcracker play.

The judge sided with Jesse after finding no relation between the yoga retreat and work, telling Aryn she could make up the time with Sadie at another time.
